They do not honor appointments, it takes one hour per tire for the installation, and they made me walk several miles in the rain to retrieve my car.

I unfortunately was very disappointed, though it ended slightly better.. First go around they had my car for 2 days and could not figure out my issue. I still had to pay even though that's not what was discussed in the beginning. However I was offered a $20 discount for the "miscommunication".I thoroughly explained what was wrong and what I needed figured out, just to be told after they had it and could not figure it out, that they don't actually do that kind of work (anything to do with the body) (There was a water leak, which I found later to be from my tail light) this they could not figure out.. I got my car back and randomly lost 5-6 mpg and found my air filter not properly put back in. Took my car back and they couldn't figure anything out but did replace some of my lines to the air box as they had been split. So far that seems to maybe have been the issue. This was literally just wasted time and money plus about a month of getting 10mpg. I will say though, that the offer to bring my car back in to be looked at free of charge was a good gesture. Though it was my complaint of the issue that started after my first visit that prompted it. I did not expect to be offered that. I wish my experience had been better as I had high hopes for this place. I do commend the owner for trying to make it right though.

If I could give ten stars I would. Tom's Tire Pros are absolutely amazing! I had to replace two hard to find tires on my vintage motor coach. Not only does Tom's Tire Pros have excellent stock and access to hard to find tires, but the entire Staff are awesome! Tom took care of me himself and spent the extra time to help me understand everything in the Warranty. Tom's Tire Pros is the one place I will go to in Coos Bay Oregon for the foreseeable future. Thank you for everything!
