Why if I purchased the extra coverage won't you do anything when the phone won't charge and heats up ?
What good is the extra coverage when you refuse to help ?

The two guys who helped us at The Cobblers Bench are excellent human beings who went above and beyond to help us after being robbed by some lowlife who completely unplugged our system to avoid being seen on security cameras.
