We are in town from Idaho and the Sunroof on my car was not closing - as you can imagine there’s water everywhere. I called Samuel’s and they squeezed me right in and got it closed even though the tech was about to leave town. They went above and beyond and are so kind! Im so appreciative and will definitely schedule any future needs with them for when we are back!

Extremely happy with the work and customer service I received from Samuels! Single women will understand how much it means to be able to go to an automotive shop and get treated with respect and receive the service you requested without pressure sales! My cousin referred me to Samuels and I highly recommend them to anyone!!

My car sat in the parking lot of a repair shop on Broadway in north bend for 21 days without being looked at they kept telling us we'll get to it tomorrow, my next door neighbor said take it to Samuel's so I had it towed to Samuel's, about 30 minutes after the car got to Samuel's they called me and told me that it only needed a new battery, That's what I call great service, and that's worth it's weight in gold in this town!!!

They were able to get me in quickly and got the part, installed it and got me back on the road. Great customer service and a black lab to pet while you're waiting. Definitely recommend.

Been highly satisfied bringing my Toyotas since they opened their doors. All my friends have been pleased as well. A mechanic owner with excellent skill and integrity is a great resource in the neighborhood!!!
