We contacted this company to arrange for a intrastate move approximately three weeks before the moving date. Their affiliation with North American Van Lines gave us a comfortable feeling about dealing with an unknown entity. Jim Cahill came to our home, spent 2 hours with us, took all information and inspected our household goods to be moved. A date was set, and we were told we would receive a confirmation by email. The confirmation was received, but without a "register" number, which we didn't realize was required. Long story short, one week prior to move date we were informed by an early morning phone call that the company was unable to book a qualified, intrastate driver for our date, so we should look elsewhere for our moving arrangements. We spent the next two days on the phone, scrambling to locate another company on short notice. This move was definitely not our "first rodeo" with long distance moves, as my husband's work required several moves over a period of 25 years. We have experience with North American, Mayflower, Beacon, and Wheaton. It was, however, the most unprofessional, rude, and completely unsatisfactory experience we have had to date. So, if you choose to enter into an agreement with this company, I can only say, Lotsa Luck!!
