The man at the counter looked up my filter and assured me it would fit. He even told me that as long as the part wasn’t opened I could return it. I did NOT open the part. I brought it back to the store because it was the wrong part. The same store guy would not allow me to return it, even though it had not been opened. He was rude and condescending. He also denied that he had given me the wrong product for the job. This place is awful. The sales people are rude and definitely toxic for the community. O Reilly’s is so much better and the people are actually helpful. Do yourself a favor and do it right the first time…O Reilly’s.

Best Auto parts store in coos bay/Northbend hands down, been coming here for years and will continue. Always a great atmosphere at the front counter everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful and customer service is a 10/10. One thing that's nice is to see someone make a measurement and pull out a catalog and help you find a part instead of being a zombie on the computer screen like every other store and when you tell them what vehicle you have and the part your after they hear you the first time.

I ordered & paid for a battery online for pickup at the store. I asked the guy if someone could install it, and he said NO! He had a guy carry it to my vehicle and that was it!I'm a senior citizen who's disabled. I have no one to install it for me, so I drove around with the new battery in my vehicle FOR WEEKS because the lazy counter person refused to assist. I was about to return it but my lovely neighbor helped me. I couldn't even lift the thing let alone install it.Shame on Coos Bay NAPA. I've never been so disappointed and enraged.Let me advise all senior females or disabled persons to avoid and dare I say BOYCOTT Coos Bay NAPA

I like Golders. It's a good Napa. The employees do a fine job, and they also don't make as much of a price markup as some of the other non- corporate Napa stores do. Plus, they accept Napa Corporate gift cards as where a few of the privately franchised Napa's do not, such as Anderson Auto Group, etc.

I've been in here at this location many times for things like gasket maker, belts, wire connectors ,window weld, head gasket,paint, oil, oil filters and a few other things here and there and they always had what I was looking on hand and the staff are always eager to help you find what you need the staff are friendly and nice but sadly due to the high theft in the area they they have to watch every as if you were trying to steal stuff don't take it personally it's nothing against you unless your a p.o.s trying to steal
