Billing department could stand major change ln attitude towards client. Staff argued with husband about insurance coverage citing their portal. Resulted in more work for you. Suggest your billing staff less talking more listening

The delivery guys for my oxygen concentrator and cpap machine were both very nice, I forgot the younger man’s name but him and chuck were very nice about my forgetfulness and misunderstanding. Chick went out of his way to help me get what I needed fast when my old cpap machine broke. Thanks guys!
