“We were surprised by a recent car breakdown near Coos Bay OR and fortunately are members of AAA. Once we were connected with the Coos Bay center, it was not long before a tow truck arrived and were on our way to Morin's Auto Repair in Coos Bay. If an experience like this can be considered positive, AAA made it so. My only complaint is, when calling, you are presented with a number of "advertisements" before you are connected with a person, which is the last thing you want to deal with when the adrenaline is rushing to get help.
