Who would have thought Google maps would get worse incoherent in an absolute waste of time.. You're better off buying a map... There are too many pop-ups for restaurants hotels gas stations everything that you're not looking for. And everything that you're looking for pops up in a different state..... Oh well it tells you the direction America is going in. I give it two flush of a toilet with the smell of a bathroom stall of a gas station

FedEx needs a way to communicate with drivers so a customer knows a time that a driver will pick up a package that is scheduled for pickup. This 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. thing is ridiculous.

Don't know where to begin what i think about FedEx in the Coos County area..overly on drugs my guess..? Can't even deliver to the right place even after they have delivered to the right place in the past..? Also when one tries to call to make a complaint..the FedEx 1-800 # tries to get information from ya to scam ya..what a disgrace.

The failed deliver perishable items two days in a roll went in person to pick it up as advised to do so over the phone when I arrived no one was there to scan in next day I got a call stating the package was lost and they hung up ended up losing out on 150 due to having to pay for shipping again on the re order

FedEx said my package was delivered yesterday, however, it wasn't delivered to my house. Somehow the driver dropped my package off at Bandon airport. I do NOT live at the airport. Luckily, honest people still live in this world. An airport employee delivered my package to me. He didn't have to but he did. I sure hope this doesn't happen again since I have another package arriving soon.

My daughter sent me a package from Houston to FedEx trying to send it to my PO box and you can't do that so anyway make a long story short I got a hold of the ground terminal FedEx and coos Bay I don't know Ocean boulevard cuz that's where the package was and I said hold on to it I'll be out and I picked it up and then everything just went so smooth it was great

I worked here for a couple of months manager's were inappropriate and rude. inappropriate comments were made on the job constantly. packages were being thrown and mistreated torn open to see contents inside stepped on on purpose and etc. And one lady women specifically named sandy was out of pocket and rude with anything and everything when she would respond to newer employees or less popular people in the company just over all a bad place to work and become a team member of

The Coos Bay FedEx Ground driver who delivers my packages is always so kind & always willing to bring any heavy boxes inside to the front hall. He's an exceptional person! And, when I need to drop off a FedEx box to ship out, I always take it to Tee Shirt Express in North Bend on Broadway, which is one of the few FedEx Drop off sites in our area. They are always friendly & quick. I've never had to wait for service & there's always available parking.

Ran into a delivery driver at the credit union just now. Not only did she answer my question about where a drop box was but she also took my package and saved me from finding the drop box. Super nice and helpful. Thank you! (and sorry for seeming to honk in the parking lot, the battery in my car key is out so the alarm goes off every time I open the door)
