FedEx needs a way to communicate with drivers so a customer knows a time that a driver will pick up a package that is scheduled for pickup. This 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. thing is ridiculous.

Called and requested the door bell be used and a knock on the door. They said they would put a note in my file.
