I live out of state and they did everything they could to make sure the window was replaced before I left, they even went out of their way to try and order parts I than glass for when the trunk latch broke. Even though after installation there was a factory defect with the glass they still worked with me and helped me with reimbursement and ultimately got me home in time. “Jeremy replaced our windshield after it had a huge crack from a rock hitting it. He worked quickly to get the new windshield ordered and kept us up to date on scheduling so we could have it fixed before the end of the week. He even dropped me off and picked me up at a cafe in Coos Bay while he worked so I could get a meal and shop around. Absolutely wonderful service and he walked us through a bit of the process with how our insurance would cover the charge. Thank you so much for the best customer care around and the great work!”
