Common crooks I'm on the road alot and Coos Bay is paying a buck a gallon more than anywhere else Fortunately for me I have tanks in my truck so I'm able to fill up and bring fuel back for my needs. But I find it hard to believe how greedy this company is. Where do they think they are California

If only zero stars was an option. Went there last night for a couple fountain drinks, and also got a cup of extra ice and one of the workers said we didn't pay when we did. After a couple minutes of arguing we asked for a receipt and he refused to give us one, then when we walked out after paying again the night manager came out and took pictures of our car and license plate. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! I refuse to spend anymore money there, I will NEVER set foot in there ever again.

Cade s an AWESOME employee!!! Scrubbing and cleaning everything while my tank fills…and the other employees sit around smoking in the door or the store(???why?) now I’m not going to walk through that to buy anything, but I so appreciate a hard working young man! By far the worst gas station ever. People there don't have a soul. I worked there for two years and was never late or sick once and worked very hard there. And they fired me over nothing and made me home less. I've reported this company too that better business bureau and have a lawyer who is extremely well paid this company has such dirty messed up stuff going on it's not even funny. Lets start with the manager John and James , they Allow sexual harassment and other inappropriate behavior . They will rip you off and treat you like you don't matter do not go here Fred Meyer or shell will treat much better.

I asked for $10 worth of fuel, and was charged $29.31on my card. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer continue to buy fuel from here.

Bassett Hyland delivers the fuel for my house and they are great! My son and his room mates are living in my house in Coos Bay and they ran out of diesel. I called Bassett Hyland and they got out there the same day. Today, I had to call them again. My son had had the furnace on when the fuel ran out, which got some air in the line. I called Bassett Hyland around noon. They said they would go up there this afternoon! Great employees--friendly, courteous, and very professional. They provide prompt and great customer service.

This is a great place to get fuel or pick up snacks . The people that work here are very nice and they keep the store clean. Good selection of snack foods and beverages or any other convenience thing you may need. Plus side it is always open.
