“Ken is amazing! My car broke down in Coquille and I got it towed to them after being told by Les Schwab that they don't do anything with engines. My radiator cracked and they fixed everything. The next day I had my car back! It wasn't super expensive and I felt like Ken actually cares about his customers. My car wouldn't start Tuesday and I called Ken to see if I could drop it off there. I live down the street and I know he's super busy, but he said he will try to squeeze me in. It's not an emergency, and thankfully I am using my fiancees truck. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out. I'm never going back to Les Schwab again. They fixed my starter and had it ready for me the day after I brought it in!”

“I felt care for by all the help I got for Tom's! I broke down and it got dark before the tow truck could get to me. Not only did Tenisha help me get the tow truck and make sure that I was safe, but Tom was heading to come pick me up and give me a ride home! It was well after closing time for them. Then they check my car the next morning and found the problem quickly!I love that they always take the extra steps to let me know that they appreciate the business and make you feel like family! 5 star service every time! “Sam is absolutely amazing!! Someone hit our car, disabling it, basically leaving us stranded 3 hours from home. Sam waited for us to be towed there, staying late at the shop. This was the first time my mother or I had been in an accident, but he explained what we needed to do next, what to expect, he helped me with making a police report and insurance claim, helped us deal with the other driver who was trying to take advantage of us and the situation, he even made sure we had somewhere to sleep that night too, driving us there in his personal vehicle!! Kurt was also amazing for helping out with the claim adjuster and looking over the engine, once we were back home, 3 hours away and unable to be there, it was great to know I would be able to trust his judgement!! I can not even put into words how much they helped us!! That whole day was terrible and we had no idea what we were doing, but to have someone with a heart like his on our side was an absolute god send. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Sam ❤️ your a great person and I will always, always have good things to say about you and this shop!!”

“Alignment for 1996 Chevrolet 3500 27' Magestic RV - wheel base 15'. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if they have a service you can use. My driver's front tire was about an inch out of true and I was about to head south for the winter. The misalignment was eating the fairly new tire up, so had to get it fixed before I left. The appointment they gave me was a week out, but I was visit family so that was ok.I'm a full-timer, living in the RV, so was able to observe how they did business for a few hours while I waited. I had had a bad experience with a rv repair company south of town who had ripped me off for work they did and didn't do, so I was suspicious of anyone working on the "Beast" but they soon put me at ease. They had the best price of anyone I called, and I even called a few places in Roseburg.I was told that they were training a new alignment technician (he knew his job, but hadn't worked there before) and my machine gave him good practice because all 4 hubcaps had a security pin in them that they'd never seen before. Long story shortened: when they finished, they had rotated that tire, inflated all the tires (which were all quite low) repositioned a wiper on the wiper motor, and fixed the crooked stearing wheel that the previous alignment tech in Ohio had left me with.I paid and left quickly, and drove back to Bandon. Once I got there, I noticed that I had a missed hubcap. I called them and they looked for it, in vain. It was the weekend so I didn't get to talk to a boss (Randy) until Monday. During the weekend, I drove the distance twice, looking for the hubcap, but no. On Monday, when Danny called back, he was prepared with an apology and the price of a new set of hubcaps and a time to expect them.I told him I had to leave and didn't have the time to wait for them to come in, so he ordered them sent to a friend's house in Vegas. I was impressed that he took immediate ownership of the problem, and the cost of the caps were considerably more than the cost of the service they rendered. Anyone can make a mistake, and they worked quickly to remedy theirs with no argument at all.I rate Farwest a company with honor: may your experience with them prove that too.”

“This pertains to the Mobile fuel station on 1st St. in Coos Bay. Some of these reviews do not. After being continually disappointed with Fred Meyer Fuel station in Coos Bay with super slow service and bad attitude I have moved my business to Mobile for all of my in town diesel fuel needs. They are so much faster than Freddy's and the diesel is currently about the same price when paid with credit card and way cheaper than Freddy's and most everyone else when paid in cash. That's about it, faster service and cheap diesel. The guys have been super helpful and friendly every time I've been in. This makes my transition from Freddy's easy!”

“We're towing a Ford Edge behind an RV and 3 times the battery has gone completely dead even though everything is off and our braking system is powered by it's own battery. The parts and service department helped us immediately. Service tested the battery to make sure that it was the likeliest cause. It was a 5 year old battery and it failed testing. Everybody in the place was friendly and professional and they took care of our problem in about 40 minutes. It was a pleasant experience.”

They were literally the only open tire center on the entire coast.They found the culprit, a sharp rock, and patched our tire for $15. We were back on the road and back on schedule! “Been coming to Metric Motorworks for years. Recently I had an issue with my Mini constantly overheating, right before I was about to leave town on a cross country trip. Thankfully they were able to work me in. Not only fixed the broken expansion tank, diagnosed an alternator issue, and replaced the battery but noted and replaced a wheel bearing that was failing.
