Please beware and read all of the contract. I was lied to and basically hustled out of $800. Was wanting month by month but was talked into 3 months contract with a lower rate. I was told that if I left early the price would revert to the original rate and I would receive a refund. I paid for 3 months and left in two. They refuse to refund me anything. So not only did I pay for a month I never used, I also was not returned my deposit. Paid $2200 for two months stay. Will not reply and I seem to have no recourse. Makes me wonder how many other people they get like this.

If you are renting a storage space, be aware there have been numerous breaking from a homeless encampment directly next to the fence.
Management has also increased fees significantly after being purchased by an out of state entity. Be aware they have me incorrect information re: cancellation of my rental space and then proceeded to tell me my deposit check would be in an email. When I followed up re: this after I didn’t receive it, they told me I hadn’t given enough notice or followed the checkout protocol.
Buyer be aware

We were just using the dump station. As of 8/26/21 you could dump and fill with fresh water for $5.00, a bargain. Convenient and easy entry and exit.

We needed a place to stay over the July 4th weekend in this general area and managed to book a spot here even though it was already the end of May at the time. The campground is located in an area with a mix of businesses and residential neighborhoods. When you turn on the road to the campground, the office is the first/immediate left, and there are 3 RV parking spaces to pull into while you check in at the office. You then return to the road and enter the campground via one of the next three lefts. Most of the pull-throughs near the road are for short-term stays, so most likely you’ll make the left turn and then almost immediately turn right to enter your spot. All of the roads and the site pads are asphalt, and the rest of the site space is covered with large stone gravel. Each site has a picnic table, but no fire ring or patio. The hookups are in the usual spot, and our site at least (C2) was pretty level. Our site was long enough to fit our 21-foot truck and 37-foot fifth wheel while hooked up, but once we were unhooked we could only park the truck in the front of the site at an angle with some tires on the gravel. That only lasted a day: we got a call from the office saying that there were water lines running under the gravel and they asked us (nicely) to park the truck in one of the parking spaces next to the nearby clubhouse building, which was fine. I noticed the long-term pull-through sites weren’t any longer, but they had separate parking spaces next to the pad in the back.In terms of amenities, there are restrooms and showers located in three buildings: the office, a bathhouse/laundry room building on the east end of the campground, and a bathhouse across from the row of full-time residents (which is probably mainly for them). The campground also has three enclosed dog parks, which were the only places within the park where you could walk the dogs (all of the small landscaped spaces were off-limits). We could have walked the dogs to a grassy area down the road, but we were always able to find an available dog park so it wasn’t an issue. The clubhouse building also has a small exercise room with some free weights and at least one elliptical and one treadmill. There are two dumpsters in the park and a recycling area for corrugated cardboard and redeemable recyclables. The few long-term residents we talked to were all friendly, so this isn’t one of those campgrounds where the short-term campers are considered a necessary evil.In terms of cell service, the best speed I got on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna was 12Mbps down and 25 up, but the bandwidth would sometimes drop off in the mid-afternoon and early evening, so there were days when I had to switch to the AT&T hotspot on my phone and evenings when we couldn’t stream video. The best speed I got on my AT&T smartphone was 79Mbps down and 18 up. The campground does offer basic WiFi (1 up/1 down) for free for several days, and you can pay for higher bandwidth, but we didn’t try that as we ended up not needing it.We would stay here again if we were in the area and needed bandwidth for work (bandwidth can be hard to come by along the coast).
