These guys are pretty ridiculous. I locked my keys and belongings inside my truck, and they tried to charge me $200 even though there was a driver in the area and took him less than a minute. That price is just unheard of. Avoid these guys at all cost they'll take advantage of you when you're in a sticky situation.

I had my Harley towed back to Portland after a breakdown and working with these guys was about as pleasant as a motorcycle breakdown can be. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, the process was painless, and most importantly to me, they actually tied my bike down correctly. I have seen a lot of nightmare motorcycle towing from non-motorcycle specific towing companies, and I was very pleased to not have to experience that with my bike. There are definitely more fun things to spend money on but as far as a broken bike in the woods becoming a broken bike in my driveway goes, I am pleased.

A+ service! Our truck's battery died at our camping spot not too far from Pacific City. They were kind and understanding of our situation and were able to give us a ride back and give us a jump at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

These guys know their craft well. I was stuck in the mud in my Sprinter van on a back-road due to my own stupidity following google maps. Called it in, 45min later these fellas show up with jolly attitudes and got me out of the mud and back on the road lickity-split. Thank you ?

Words cannot describe how kind hearted and amazing of a person Paul is. I was driving from Salishan to Tillamook where my car kept running hot. I eventually came upon the tow shop where I asked if I could let my car sit for a bit while it cooled. Paul took it upon himself to not only check out my car, but also fix the hole where my coolant was leaking, add coolant, AND put in a little oil. I’m so happy I came across him. I had a drive back to Portland later that evening and he completely came to my rescue out of the kindness of his heart. Thank you Paul. I really owe you one.

When our car broke down on vacation, we called all over trying to find someone to help us with the battery. Mark was so kind and helpful, even so late at night, and was able to not only jump our car, but also replace the battery, which it turned out was bulging! They were Johnny on the spot for pulling the car out of the ditch. The yard is clean and accessible. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Paul is phenomenal!! He towed my car off the side of the road while it was hanging over a river :-) He was extremely kind, took us out of the cold, and was able to provide me with lots of great information.
