You guys seriously need to update your clinic hours on Google and the zoomcare website. Both indicated you were open on the weekend, and I drove here in the morning to find out you guys were closed. No hours on the door or anything.

Today was my second visit to this Zoom location and I am extremely thankful for the attentive care, knowledge, skills, and ability that John Prickett, DNP, FNP-C brings to Zoom Care. I generally recommend Zoom Care but I would highly recommend this location and provide for compassionate, expert care!

John is an amazing provider, kind listens and treats you like you’re as important in making decisions re your care as he is. We wish we could have him as our son’s pediatrician!

This wasn't my first visit. I've been satisfied at Zoom Care in the past, but yesterday's visit stood out.Skipping details for obvious reasons, I'd gone in expecting a simple visit and didn't make sure to get extra sleep, a good breakfast and plenty of hydration before going in.The doc (John) wound up recommending a biopsy and blood work. He did great on the former, and as his assistant (I'm not sure her exact title) prepped me to draw blood, I started to not feel right.I fainted. First time ever for me. They took great care and helped me back to the exam room for rest (and a juice box ?).They followed up with me to ensure I was okay later that day. I was back this morning to have the suture removed and get that blood work done (without fainting, this time). They handled this surprise turn of events very well, both in terms of medical professionalism and in their personalities (I'm sorry that I don't know the woman's name at the front desk who checked me in and was to draw my blood - she also helped after my incident). My return visit this morning went very well and they handled it, again, very well.I'll return when I need a doc visit in the future. The issue I had with passing out was nothing to do with their treatment.I was very pleased, impressed, and grateful for their efforts.

The building exists, but it has no posted hours, nobody is there, and it has a “sorry we missed you” package delivery tag stuck to the door. They have a sign up that says, “there’s a good chance we are open somewhere.”Definitely not open.

I had cold allergy/symptoms and decided to go here based on the Google reviews and appointment times/availability. I really wish I had stuck to my initial plan of going to the Sellwood location instead. When I spoke with the office employee, the first thing she said is that my insurance had been YIKESed. The acronym alone sounded kind of scary and made me anxious, but all it means is that they couldn't verify my insurance. I offered to show my insurance card but she refused to see it. I was able to see the doctor right away. Her bedside manor could have been better. She spoke way too fast and I had trouble understanding her. This combined with what happened earlier with payment made me really anxious. And then the doctor acted all surprised that my pulse rate was up. She also expected me to know right away about my cycle and didn't explain up front why I needed to provided that information. I get that it was too early to tell if i I have a cold or not but she kind of glossed over how to treat it. I was just told Flonase. My husband (who went to the Hillsboro location later that day for similar symptoms) got way more information and help. When I asked the doctor about what I'd be charged for a Covid test, she didn't know and also didn't really tell me who I could ask. Then when I got home, I noticed that my visit was charged to the wrong Blue Cross/Blue Shirld. I called and found out that whoever entered the information got entered the group number in the ID field and vice versa. Had the office person taken the time to look at my card, I feel like it would have saved me a phone call. But it's good I called because I might have been charged $400+ otherwise. I think the doctor and staff mean well but I won't be going to this location again.
