I had to call today because I was getting an error code I couldn’t find online. Gary T. answered my call and he was so kind and genuinely wanted to help me fix my unit. I initially called to get the phone number of someone to come out to see if they could diagnose my issue but he asked me if I wouldn’t mind explaining what was happening. When I told him what was going on, the error that I was getting wasn’t one they see often so he reached out to get assistance all while having a conversation with me. He found my warranty, sent me the manual and the parts we believe need to be replaced. He also walked me through several trouble shooting ideas. As a mama with two little kids and my husband in construction, having a working unit is so important to our family. Gary is so knowledgeable, patient, understanding and didn’t make me feel d*** for not knowing what I was talking about. I truly did not expect the level of service I was given today. I’m so appreciative of Gary, and I was just overwhelmed with gratitude.

I purchased a splendide washer and dryer, at the time I purchased my RV, the 1st time I went to use the washer, I noticed the soap dispenser was missing some parts, the RV dealer was no help at all, I contacted Westland and they were awesome, they sent me the parts immediately, no questions asked, I wish te RV dealer was half as courteous as Westland was, thanks guys.

Westland has the BEST of all combinations, GREAT tech support, so knowledgeable & generous. AND a great sales/service team. They TRULY care about you & your experience with their machines. Our old washer (in RV) began making noise, they walked us thru several diagnostics, and possible fixes (free). Took their time & patience. Shout out to Darrell, Lad & Gary. Finally, had to give up and replace. I had several questions about differences in machines, and the one I was considering. Enter Todd Atkinson of Sales/Service. Todd showed us our satisfaction mattered A LOT!! This company is exceptional!!!!

I've ordered parts from Westland twice, and had no issues. This second time I ordered I mistakenly ordered the wrong part, when I first called them they told me the part was not returnable. I complained on the phone to them and they put me through to Gary. I spoke to Gary about it and it turned out it was him that I originally placed the order with. He was very helpful both times I spoke to him, when I ordered the parts I needed. It turned out it was my fault for not understanding that one of the parts was not right. (long story) He resolved my problem and sent me the right part free of charge. You can't get better customer service than that. Thank you Gary.

I had a troublesome issue with my 6 month old Splendide washer that started throwing codes that our tech couldn't figure out after replacing the parts we received for the repair. It kept throwing the same codes.They sent us packaging to send the machine back via trucking company, completed the repair and sent it back to Olympia in 3 days. All free of charge and true to thier word on warranty, will reimburse most of my payment to our appliance tech. 1st class company that will keep my business in the future. Mark Olson

Gary, our sales rep, was great to work with.We did try to order the part through our local R.V. dealership but we were told the part couldn't be ordered.We will continue purchasing our parts directly through Westland Sales in the future.Big thank you to Gary!

Just wanted to pass along the great customer service from Westland Sales. Our Splendide 7100XC Washer/Dryer Combo would not drain a few weeks ago. After calling Westland Sales, I reached a live and knowledgeable Tech Rep in less than a minute. Great service, and fast shipping of a new drain pump that fixed the problem. Sorry I didn't write down the name of the tech rep, but thanks!

New washer stopped working just after a year of use and called the customer service (not for free warranty work but to get pointed in the right direction) and Darrell (manager) couldn't be bothered to do his job. I'd already isolated the problem and have the washer taken apart but was advised without any questions from Mr. Darrell that "you'll need a tech to look at it." Incorrect and I apologize for thinking that your products and customer service were good.

Still good customer service company's out there.....Called parts Dept spoke with Gary (excellent customer skills and WILL call u back) for replacing my dryer door ( my fault ) and he took excellent care of me and put it under warranty and shipping it out today+++++

We are a RV Dealer located in Knoxville ,TN. We had a issue with a Splendide Dryer and could not find a appliance repair facility that would work on the dryer under the factory warranty. So we had our BEST RV Tech to work on the splendide dryer under warranty. Westland sales was very helpful in sending in a new motor for the dryer but they only allowed us 1 hr. to make the repair of changing out the motor that was defective. We had to remove the dryer from the W/D closet area, we had to analyze the problem with the dryer, order the part, R & R the part and then reinstall the dryer back in the W/D Closet. We spent approx. 3 hours and was only authorized 1 hour labor! This just dont cut it! I would reccommend purchasing a apartment size GE Residential W/D (220V dryer) that will fit in these campers. The cu. ft. size is much larger and the dry alot faster on 220V and you can get applicance repair facilities to come out and work on these Washer/dryers and do the warranty work on them and bill the mfg. for the warranty work.

this is the message i just sent on Splendide.com to Westland Sales after trying, all documented, to get warranty service since 12/1/2021: hello, i cannot get any warranty service on the Splendide washer i purchased on 8/31/2021. the washer developed a loud knocking noise on spin up and spin down after just 2 months of use and i have been in contact with Westland Sales technical support via email and phone since 12/1/2021 with no results. any repair service facility they give me either does not service my area or has no time to service my unit, and i live in an apartment in Los Angeles - a major city. last time i spoke with Mike Hamilton of Westland Sales on 1/14/2022 who took my name, phone number and zip code and promised to find a repair facility who will perform the warranty service and call me back, he never did. i called him again on 1/28/2022 and he asked me to send him videos of the washer making this knocking noise. i know it was odd of him to ask for videos after such a long time of me trying to get service but i did send him 4 videos immediately and haven't heard from him since. please call me immediately to resolve this matter. thank you, [my name and phone number] === let's see if posting this will help me get warranty service from Westland Sales. UPDATE as of 2/2/2022: Mike Hamilton has responded and will be shipping out a new washer this week. I hope all goes well.
