Disappointing Service and Misleading Information
I recently upgraded my six lines to the iPhone 15 Pro Max at Version Store, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. The manager sold me a $60 screen protector, assuring me it was covered under warranty and that I could easily replace it at this location if it broke. However, when I went back to the store, Daniel, who was in charge, informed me that they no longer honor that promise. To make matters worse, he suggested I take my business to another carrier! This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from Version Store.
In comparison, T-Mobile's service is far superior; they would replace the screen in a heartbeat. This experience has made me regret my choice to go with Version Store. I won't be back!

Least amount of help I’ve ever received in a retail store they are unwilling to assist you. Any problem that pops up they redirect you to the 1-800 number and just leave you to sit in the store unless you are willing to buy from them you are going to get poor customer service just call the 1800 number

Great customer service by Brianna. She was patient and professional .She quickly resolved the problems my daughter, ,Rachael, was having on filing a claim for her damaged phone. She also helped her activate the replacement phone and retrieve her data. Thanks again, Brianna. We'll be seeing you for our future phone needs.. The Brockman Family

Verizon in general we were done with. After the 5th time they allowed someone other than me (only one with a PIN) to access and make changes. After nearly 100 hours spent on th phone on multiple occasions with their Fraud department - we'd had enough. We were told to take our phones to this location. We show up - there 6 people there to sell you a phone, only one person actually handling issues... So we wait nearly 40 minutes. Finally speak to Daniel - the "manager". He won't take the phones. Literally doing everything we have been asked to do and the guy is just the least helpful person. Truly a chorus of morons - incapable of preventing fraud. We heard several people come in and tell the same story - while the people at this store did nothing. Complaint after complaint walked through that door. Everyone at the store - they are only trained on how to sell a product, after that they literally know nothing. Sadly - dealing with them on the phone was much the same. Go somewhere else. This company as well as this location is run by morons. Just make sure you listen to a few customers walk in and the issues they have and how they get dealt with. If you do that - you'll never want to do business with these clowns. It's no wonder this location has as many bad reviews as it does. Truly worthless.

So I came in to help.out a friend in need with service on a prepaid phone. Couldn't afford much and the manager was kind enough without questions to adjust the pricing and help my pregnant friend out. Thank Patrick ur the shiz... And to top it off I'm a multiple Q's all over the Richter scale talker and speed talker to boot. And the customer service rep Chris who helped me was able to keep up. That's a hard feet won!!! Thank guys even if the phone dont work cause it's to cheap for the poor guys cheap u gave it ur all and were really nice about it. Your both amaze balls

I needed another network expander and TK helped me out. He was competent and very polite. A real out of the box thinker. Next time I came in the manager Patrick had Zach help me out. He is a new guy and was very helpful and nice. Sometimes there is a wait but this store finds solutions vs some of the other stores which suck.

Everyone at this store is amazing and friendly! Zach helped me tremendously and was very kind. I walked in half an hour before closing time with an issue from my previous provider and he did everything I needed plus more. I really appreciate how quick and easy it was for me to fix my phone line. Thank you for the wonderful service Zach and Verizon at Clackamas Promenade!

Sierra (With a "C") was A great help. She professionally showed me my options beyond phone service, and after denying it she focused on that. Home Wi-Fi, streaming bundles, heck. I came in with less service and left with more service at less of a cost. 5/5. Thank you Cierra!

This review is specifically for Jesus.
I was in today to transfer info from one phone to another. He did a great job. He was kinda, respectful and very helpful. He added a screen protector for camera lens and for the screen. I also added a case. I appreciate the time he took helping me. 20+ years with verizon and service like this is why I continue to stay. Thank you Jesus.

I don’t recommend anyone to go this store. I went this store to upgrade my phone. The customer service told me they have a promotion with “the same plan” and just few bucks increase. They showed me on the paper that It is just $5 increase per month. I trade my phone and took upgraded phone. After a month when I checked my bill “the plan” showed me 100% increase.The next day I went to the store and asked customer service(the same person who helped me before) and asked her what happened.She called the manager, he said “You were in a Welcome plan and now you are in Unlimited plan”. I said “I didn’t ask you to switch to Unlimited Plan”. He said “ You get a promotion to upgrade the phone, it switches to Unlimited Plan”.I mentioned him that ‘no one explained to me that it is going to switched from welcome to Unlimited, now the price showed me %100 increase and I can’t afford to pay this’.The manager said “you read and signed the terms and conditions, you can return the phone and I will not give your old phone back”N.B:- . I got cheated because I trusted what the Customer Service said and agreed to their terms and conditions.

Wanted a new phone as the camera on mine is cracked. The manger Saul and the sales rep helping me were very informative and gave me a couple different options for upgrading! Felt valued as a customer and they were attentive to my specific needs. And I got the Apple Watch I’ve been wanting for a while now! Took advantage of the paid service to help me get it all set up. As someone who is capable of figuring it out, it was definitely worth it to walk out the store with everything set up just the way I wanted!
