Verizon are useless, incompetent crooks! Me and my wife dealt with not being able to call each other for a couple years, because we we told our home network was degradating. After a multiple complaints, an extremely useless manager had a home network extender sent to us, but refused to do any further contact after it was sent. After all of this, and even multiple times of partial or full on network failure, they refused to give any kind of reimbursement. Now that we have left them, the crooks want their money ASAP, even after they screwed us out of a small fortune every month without any kind of compensation for such pathetic service on every level.

The best workers!
The staff for example Sam, are so kind and helpful. They solved our problem quickly and professionally. We are very happy and completely satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

Having problems with my phone due to a download, I shouldn't have added. Frustrated, I went into the Verizon store at Clackamas promenade, expecting to be pressured to get a new phone. Instead, I got Sam who helped me with all my problems and then some. And set me on my way with no sales pitch, just a smile on my face.. Sam is my hero.

TL;DR: probably better using another location.
Bought items at one price, when the bill came they were a higher price. Apparently it wasn't done right the first time, not my problem, assumed they'd adjust it.
Tyler (associate) was very patient trying to sort it out with Verizon on the phone.
Manager interrupted and said they didn't have time for this, sent Tyler to help other customers while I talked to Verizon on the phone 🙄.
Verizon only partially adjusted my bill.
(Yeah technically bait and switch but Verizon will waste your time until you give up.)
People have bad days, sure, bigger problems in the world. But fwiw what should have been a simple price adjustment turned into a waste of my time.

Returned a device here in January well within the 30 days, had to wait about an hour while they took everyone who was there to make a purchase before me while I sat and waited found out today that they never canceled the line so I’ve been charged for that every month since then. Had to sit on hold with Verizon for quite a while, while they figured this out. Super glad they don’t care about existing customers as much as the new ones. Will def be moving my service from Verizon for my watch and my phone to a different carrier

Disappointing Service and Misleading Information
I recently upgraded my six lines to the iPhone 15 Pro Max at Version Store, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. The manager sold me a $60 screen protector, assuring me it was covered under warranty and that I could easily replace it at this location if it broke. However, when I went back to the store, Daniel, who was in charge, informed me that they no longer honor that promise. To make matters worse, he suggested I take my business to another carrier! This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from Version Store.
In comparison, T-Mobile's service is far superior; they would replace the screen in a heartbeat. This experience has made me regret my choice to go with Version Store. I won't be back!

Least amount of help I’ve ever received in a retail store they are unwilling to assist you. Any problem that pops up they redirect you to the 1-800 number and just leave you to sit in the store unless you are willing to buy from them you are going to get poor customer service just call the 1800 number

Great customer service by Brianna. She was patient and professional .She quickly resolved the problems my daughter, ,Rachael, was having on filing a claim for her damaged phone. She also helped her activate the replacement phone and retrieve her data. Thanks again, Brianna. We'll be seeing you for our future phone needs.. The Brockman Family

Verizon in general we were done with. After the 5th time they allowed someone other than me (only one with a PIN) to access and make changes. After nearly 100 hours spent on th phone on multiple occasions with their Fraud department - we'd had enough. We were told to take our phones to this location. We show up - there 6 people there to sell you a phone, only one person actually handling issues... So we wait nearly 40 minutes. Finally speak to Daniel - the "manager". He won't take the phones. Literally doing everything we have been asked to do and the guy is just the least helpful person. Truly a chorus of morons - incapable of preventing fraud. We heard several people come in and tell the same story - while the people at this store did nothing. Complaint after complaint walked through that door. Everyone at the store - they are only trained on how to sell a product, after that they literally know nothing. Sadly - dealing with them on the phone was much the same. Go somewhere else. This company as well as this location is run by morons. Just make sure you listen to a few customers walk in and the issues they have and how they get dealt with. If you do that - you'll never want to do business with these clowns. It's no wonder this location has as many bad reviews as it does. Truly worthless.
