I needed another network expander and TK helped me out. He was competent and very polite. A real out of the box thinker. Next time I came in the manager Patrick had Zach help me out. Sierra (With a "C") was A great help. She professionally showed me my options beyond phone service, and after denying it she focused on that. Home Wi-Fi, streaming bundles, heck. I came in with less service and left with more service at less of a cost. 5/5. Thank you Cierra!
