“Staff was so nice!! Barely any pictures of food so we didn’t think they sold food but their menu is amazing. I had the steak sandwich which was very tender and my boyfriend had the burger. It was super delicious!! And once again the staff is so friendly!”

“Had a great experience except the elevator was out and had to walk up 4 floors. I probably wouldn't have done it except I had an out of town guest and didn't want to disappoint her.”

“Tendue is a wonderful space to have any event and me and my husband loved having our small wedding here back in February. Tristan was very awesome and welcoming from the beginning of our tour and to the day of our wedding to make sure everything was ready for us and detailed information to have when our wedding was over if anything needed he was a call away. We would most definitely recommend to anyone to have a small event here.... Thank you so much!”

“My husband and I got married in May at Ainsworth House & Gardens. The grounds are just incredible and so beautiful. Elizabeth Sutton was our coordinator and she is amazing. Was super easy to work with, very professional and kept the wedding moving along. Heather Fitch photography was our photographer and really captured the beauty of the venue. I highly recommend Ainsworth House & Gardens.”

“Beautiful room with some exceptional views and lighting at sunset. The owner was very communicative and friendly, and her instructional video was helpful. The room itself is very spacious, I'd guess at least 12-foot ceilings. We started shooting around 7pm, so the natural light coming through the window wall was awesome. Interior lighting is ceiling cast, very yellow, I'd say around 4800k. Also, there is a Bluetooth stereo in the room which was great! Walls and floor were all hardwood and bare; keep that in mind if you plan to record video/audio. There's a back room with some useful equipment, plenty of seating, a changing portion and yeah, just a great place. Definitely will be shooting here again.”

“I had the chance to see this place during a fundraising gala and I was impressed by the industrial theme they have inside. Its very high ceiling and wide indoor space gives it a grand feeling and allows the visitors to roam around with comfort. Even with 200-250 people inside one does not get the sense of overcrowding, which is great. Drinks and food service were also great. Service staff was also very professional. This space also has a big dedicated parking lot, which makes life so easy. All in all, I had a great time with fellow guests here.”

“My friends and I went to the Chapel Theater for the first time and saw The Trail to Oregon. What a fun night!! The space is intimate yet professional and outfitted with high quality production equipment. The bar was a pleasant surprise for a small venue like this. And the cast was outrageous! Can’t wait to see the next show here!”

“I was in town with my son and he had other Sunday morning plans so I joined a brunch session. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone had a great time and the instructor was helpful and pleasant.”

“Come for the play space, leave with a boatload of new toys! Which in this case was a good thing, since we visited near the holidays and have a bunch of nieces and nephews. While I think this spot is only listed as a toy store on Yelp--and what an amazing, well-thought-out, beautiful layout of toys and other offerings they have--the small play space to me is just as lovely. The sky and rainbow theme is a dream, and the toys are thoughtful and of good quality. We had at first tried to go to a different indoor playground in town, but when it turned out to be unexpectedly closed for the week, it was serendipity that we found ourselves here instead. My two small kiddos played for around an hour, and the adults left with a wooden thumb piano, a DIY synthesizer, and a set of magnetic darts, among other things. Which are gifts and which I'm planning to keep, I'll never tell. Can't wait to come back.”

“We met two other couples there for an early dinner, but this a was a first visit for both my husband & I. We can't wait to return! His filet minion was cooked perfectly & I could only finish half of my hamburger!”

“Bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions without hesitation or annoyance. Provided me with education and insight. Great experience. The spirits are great too. Gin is fantastic and whiskey is very light and tasty for a corn base.”

“Amazing bar! Discovered this great spot trying to find a place to hang out between afternoon Salt and Straw and dinner. They had 6 taps (apparently on rotation) and a unique high density hops beer. The staff was so nice and we loved it so much that we stayed and ordered a pizza from Wild child next door!”

“Very cool local farm in the rural section of West Linn. They specialize in alpaca and sheep's wool clothing items, but also sell ostrich and lamb meat from their own grazing herds! Pretty cool to see the ostrich, emus, alpacas, sheep, and even peacocks just walking around ask over the place. Fun for kids too with cool activities.”

“Tumwater has a very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Nestled in the hills of West Linn, the grapevines sprawl all around the tasting room, and the patio has a serene pond and gorgeous flowers surrounding it. They have a bit of a hands-off approach, which I kind of enjoyed for a change. All tasting wines are brought out at the same time, and there's no long drawn-out description of each varietal. You just get to sip and enjoy at your own pace.”

“I have been going to this fair for 25 yrs! It is the best country fair around. So many things to do and see. And an absolute amazing selection of food to try! It's great that you can go and do things for free or pay money for rides and games. I love the booths that sell stuff that is local too. It's the best time.”

“Coopers Hall is one amazing place! The wine is excellent, the venue is spectacular, and the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time - all 190 of us!”

“Such great service. It was pi day and they served pie so of course we had to get some. It is rare for any bars to serve a sweet treat at least in the area I live in. I love that they had three options. Perfectly decorated wine bar with an upstairs loft area.”

“It’s a great coffee shop. Meeting with Spanish is lots of fun. It gets a little crowded sometimes but it’s to be expected. Lovely people mostly. Service with a smile.”

“Very pretty, wedding and sweet and short. Clean, and well maintained. Tiny park area with swings off to the side. Very cool old school class photos on the walls.”

“Fabulous! Excellent food, great service, and a perfect atmosphere. Limited tables make it more intimate. The menu is not your typical Olive Garden fare, a very nice thing indeed!”

“The facility was clean, spacious and simply well decorated. The staff was attentive and friendly.Parking was a chore. The neighborhood is unpleasant and industrial. There were many unsightly RV homes parked near the venue.I am not sure how safe this neighborhood is at night.”

“I go to the Oregon City Elks Lodge to play bingo on Wednesday evenings. (Disclosure: I am not a member) I know they are a fraternal organization, in which you have to pay yearly membership fees. That membership allows you to go to any Elks Lodge. There are some that have bowling alleys, swimming pools, little restaurants/bars, fun themed event nights/fundraisers, along with many other things! They do a lot of charity work. Different lodges have different amenities and events. Bingo at the Oregon City Lodge, specifically, is open to the general public (21+) and is a lot of fun!”

“I've seen three concerts here so far and it's definitely a unique venue. Small and intimate floor on the inside. The balcony has a great view. The nicety for me is the enclosed courtyard outside. It's just a cool place to hang out, sit around the fire pit and just have a good conversation.”

“I've had Nodoguro on my must-try list for a while, and I'm so happy my boyfriend took me here for my birthday. The atmosphere was intimate, and the overall experience was great. I enjoyed every dish. Definitely planning to return for special occasions.”

“Highly recommend. This location was central to everything we needed to get to in Portland. It is very well run, everything was clean. It was quiet (except for miscellaneous train horns in the middle of the night). It IS very pet friendly, so if you are allergic, maybe skip. We enjoyed seeing the nice doggos throughout our stay. They have dog biscuits at check-in.Staff was friendly and helpful. It was sweet that they put on a gingerbread house contest among the departments. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and had the fire lit, so very cozy. Son loved the hot apple cider "drink" (it wasn't juice, so diabetics beware. More like spiced hummingbird food). Our room was good, though maybe at some point had an actual table instead of just a breakfast bar? They had a doorbell and deaf accommodations listed for the room, so that was good. Pool was warm enough for laps, and bigger than it looks on the website, it is definitely refreshing. Courtyard looks nice for warmer weather.Breakfast was fully stocked every day, with everything you could want, including hot meats, egg dishes, and potatoes. Hours were a tad confusing since they were later on Xmas and Boxing Day but not on the 27th, so husband and son missed out. My one TEENY complaint is they closed the bar/restaurant the entire time we were there, and there was no advance notice of this. Not an issue for us as we had plans, but I could see that being a bit sad if you were somehow trapped by circumstances the 23rd through 28th. Also, no Cabernets in the Market. Not sure there was even red wine? Please stock up, I've had this happen in other Residence Inns! 10/10 would recommend.”

“The Scandinavian Christmas Goat Market was a beautiful event with local artists. I was not familiar with the Norse Hall, but now I look forward to other events. The space is lovely.”

“If you’re looking to book an event, you absolutely need to have it at Louiza. The space is warm and inviting, and the staff were incredible to work with. We held our welcome wedding dinner here, and we received endless compliments on the space. Deangelo was wonderful to work with from start to finish along with the rest of the staff that worked our event. I’m truly telling everyone I know about this space because we had a perfect experience.”
