I started coming to Urban Colorz when my longtime stylist, Lisa Ernst moved there. Every experience at the salon has been great. They clearly designed every detail with customer comfort in mind, including little pillows in the sink to make hair washing more comfy. It is always clean and bright, all of the people who work there are always smiling and kind. It is quite a drive for me but the experience is worth it.
Regarding Lisa, I've been her client since November 2011. She has been with me through so many major life moments and has cared for my hair throughout. She does an amazing job with both color and cuts. I once had another hairstylist randomly stop me and ask if my color was natural or highlights - when I told her it was highlights, she said "Your stylist did a phenomenal job - that is so natural it looks like the hair growing out of your head". Lisa is always up for a color change or a dramatic haircut, but never lets me try something without talking me through the pros and cons. She isn't just my stylist, I consider her my good friend and feel so fortunate to have her in my life. I referred my dad and stepmom to her as well and they both love her just as much as I do! Thank you for everything, Lisa - you are truly the very best.

I have had my eyelashes done by Tiffany Davis since she started. She does a wonderful job . She is personable , accommodating and professional . She is the best ever five years later. ❤️

I love to change my hair color using vivid colors. Casie Misley is a hair goddess with vivid colors! She is able to look at the photos I find, discuss with me what will and will not work for my hair, and help find a way to bring my ideas(sometimes multiple ideas) to reality. She is very knowledgeable about hair coloring and what you will need to do to keep the color fresh and new.

My name is Stacey Swain. I have been seeing Brittany Reed at Urban Colorz Salon in Clackamas for several years. She is the absolute best. She listens attentively to my concerns and always does a great job at cutting and highlighting my hair. (I always get compliments on my hair.) I am older and so she helps incorporate the grey coming in to look very natural on my light brown hair. She is nothing short of amazing! I pray she never leaves!

I am in my mid 50’s and have been a blond all my life but my color is changing and past hairstylists we’re making my hair blonder and blonder (looking brassy and needing frequent appts to keep up with) I also have fine hair that is difficult to layer. Of my 30 years in another town I have never had this good of a cut and color! Britney was worth the price! She was honest with me about my color and totally matched my real color as it now looks natural and beautiful! I have had more compliments on my hair than ever before and my husband even commented positively and he NEVER says a word about my hair. I am very happy!!!!

I just can’t say enough about how great Britt has been with all things style, cut and color. She has such a well trained eye for selecting the most flattering color with just the right touch to enhances my vibe. Brittany Reed has been my Girl for over 10 yrs. I followed her to Urban Colorz and will follow her around the world. She has done the most beautiful balayage many times on my hair and each time I love it more than the time before. I tend to go dark in the winter and she always makes sure it’s the best color for me. I am not just her “client”! We have developed a friendship that will last this lifetime. She now does a few of my friends/co-workers services as well. I would recommend her to everyone. I book 2 years out. It’s literally scheduled time to hang out with a girlfriend. The environment is amazing but she is the icing! I run any beauty choice by her before I do them. If you’re looking for the best beautician, Brittany is your girl.

Shanan is the best!!!!! I love Urban Colorz! All of the staff are so nice and friendly. I have never seen anyone walk out of this place not looking amazing. On top of all that, the salon itself is just beautiful and a wonderful place to go

Went in for a simple layered trim since I am growing out my hair. Leeandra butchered my hair. She did not blend the layers correctly at all and spent over an hour trying to cut it and even asked for another stylist for guidance and when the other stylist suggested using shears, she admitted she did not even have shears and asked to borrow from another stylist!! She never even had the right tools to cut my thick hair. The back of my head looks horrible. She also did not even bother to clean my face from all the hair that she cut I got home to an itchy dirty face.
Not sure how they allow this. I have been trying to grow out my hair for over a year and now I will have to go to another salon to see if they can fix this mess or start over.

Britt is a true artist! I'm so glad that I found someone I can trust to do my balayage. I've been coming to Britt for the last couple of years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I highly recommend Britt for anyone looking to get their hair done! The salon also has other services and a great atmosphere. You're bound to find other services to get yourself pampered as well.
