The guy that does the porta potties needs to quit going at least 35-40 mph down back streets by busy parks. He almost hit someone today that was crossing the road as he came barreling out of nowhere.

This company abandoned a porta-potty in front of my property for months and continuously failed to maintain or pick it up- despite me and my neighbors calling daily. They told us it would be picked up last month and it is still outside as I write this. The lack of follow through & care for people is absolutely terrible - do you very thing you can to avoid renting from this company.

USS bought D-N-D portable toilets in Southern Oregon and the service went down hill. Our final straw was when they just stopped showing up for service with no warning. Called to see why and they started coming again. Got my invoice and with no warning they had doubled our price for service. 2 phone calls and follow up e-mails later and they offered no reason for the jump except that it was the new rate. Avoid this company and choose a more local business. **Update** After canceling the contract and posting this review. USS has reached back out and acknowledged and apologized for the poor service. They've issued our business a credit to make up for the abrupt price increase which is greatly appreciated.

I have been a customer of USS for over seven years. Significant price increases and "customer service is your problem" attitudes have never been pleasant. Now, they REQUIRE a credit card for auto renewal. No negotiation - "Do it or we'll get our toilet." Fine. Come get your darn toilet. You've lost a long-term customer.

Terrible! Do not use this service! We were not serviced for MONTHS and when we asked to have the port-a-potty picked up they waited 2 months to come and get it and they are trying to take us to collections for months that we didn't get serviced! Avoid this company they are more expensive then others and terrible service!!!! I would rate 0 if I could.

Consistently missed the scheduled service or randomly change the service schedule. I called customer service twice and they said "we will call back" but I never get the call. My call were not even found in their record.

Consistently fail to service their porta potties for weeks at a time. I've seen cleaner portables at the end of week long music festivals.

I would not recommend this company. Recently we went 17 days without service, on a weekly service contract. They are very cordial on the phone but the company is so big The Operators are in another state. This summer they have missed our facility six times, and they have made no offer to reduce our bill.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Had no problems over the last 3+ years until recently. Missed multiple services. Called 14 times and was told they would be out the following day or someone would call me back. Nothing. Canceled service. Was told they would be out following day to pick up unit. Nothing. Then told Sunday, then told a month from now. Keep in mind it’s 100-+ degrees and we have had an unserved unit for nearly 6 weeks. It’s sitting out front waiting for them and it’s disgusting. Lastly, they told us we wouldn’t be charged, we were—and then told a refund would be issued (it wasn’t). Will most likely be calling the city or state to report if not picked up soon.

Our unit was serviced on May 12th... and has been cleaned TWICE since then (that's 11 weeks). Multiple calls with no action. Had to call in another company to provide service and it is HALF of what United Site Services was charging me. Please do not support this company.

The worth service I have ever had with temp construction toilets. I had them scheduled from twice a week and they could even make it once. Go with drain pro they are awesome and on top of the game!

In the past they had done a fairly constant job of servicing (weekly) our restroom. With the exception of charging me $35 every month for a new bag of hand cleaner that lasts about a year (I dated it and still not through it). Still getting charged monthly for a new bag.Lately it has been extremely frustrating, I've been told 3 times they would be out the next day to service but 3-weeks later and nothing.Out of TP and it's now basically an above ground cesspool and fly breeding station.Bet they will still charge me the full months rate for weekly service and new bag of hand sanitizer.

Worst customer service. When service canceled, kept making excuses for not removing the Porta potty from the food pod. Like playing whack a mole trying to get someone to take it away. I have contacted the state of Oregon to see what they can do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
