One short visit with them, and it already felt like a breath of fresh air.
I previously dealt with a more corporate location that did an awful job with my vehicle, charged plenty for it, and one of their smaller fixes was undoing itself a month later. So instead, I came here next because they came highly recommended from friends of family. When I showed up for my appointment, the lead guy just took a quick look at my car, fixed that smaller issue, and showed me how he did it in less than a minute. And because it was didn't take any time at all, he didn't charge a thing for it. He was very personable about it too.
It was like night and day from my prior experience having my vehicle worked on. I still feel like I owe him one for this, because I haven't been able to refuel alone due to my recurring issue. So, why not repay the favor with a glowing review?

Very knowledgeable people. Even with a simple oil change, they will look over your car, and then let you know exactly what it needs and when. And do everything.

To summarize my Service;
I felt as though I was price gouged and never informed about any additional work or charges.
Very disappointed in my experience.

These people are awesome! They've worked on my car many times. I've always had complete trust in their work. Tim is always willing to work with you. The techs absolutely know their stuff. And Sara is absolutely amazing! She helped me with a ton of searches, financing answers, and more. Tim's even gave me a loaner car to use while mine was in the shop. At zero cost!! Definitely a 5 star plus rating from me!!! TIM'S AUTOMOTIVE ROCKS!!!!!

Tim's is easy to deal with and have reasonable pricing. I appreciate their maintenance check list that gives me a budget for future maintenance. They have a great oil change program that by all indications has saved me a lot of money. I was suspicious of them at first, but after a couple years of using their services, I have not been disappointed.

I enjoy working with the crew of employees at Tim's Automotive. They are attentive to my questions and always try to provide answers that I can understand. They work until they find the answers. Have been with them for about a year and will keep taking my car and truck there for future needs.

A/C blowing hot air. Checked freon level to be fine. A/C relay was running hot. Since this truck has never towed anything they replaced A/C relay with Tow relay. Everything is working perfectly. Very friendly & honest staff.

Only went in for DEQ test. Nice friendly staff. Not too sure about the shop rate, $165, hope they would work fast and not charge by book listed times.
