This is my fourth loan process and BY FAR the best experience I've had. In the past I worked with Bank of England, Sierra Pacific, and Umpqua, and The Palmer Team at Guild blew them all out of the water.Although the loan was complex with a non-residing co-signer on a multifamily property, Gavin and his team took care of all the details in the background without taking up much of my time at all.He is a true expert in the field and I will never use another lender again- 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know!

Brent and The Palmer Team at Homebridge were a highlight of the buying process for me as a first-time home buyer. People always talk about how buying your first home is one of the most exciting, yet stressful, experiences of your life up to that point. Due to the weight of going through that process, having a team that has your back any time, any day, is HUGE for making the process easier. When I reached out to Brent and Nicole initially, I wasn't even sure if now was the right time. But they immediately got information in my hands that made me confident to move forward, and I'm so grateful for them in helping me and my wife get into our first home. The Palmer team is amazing! We used them to buy our house and then to refinance it. always quick to answer any questions there may be and the entire team is super knowledgeable. it is a bonus that they deal with manufacturers homes, you wouldn't believe how few companies will. 10/10 would use again and recommend to friends and family.
