Spoke to manager and wrote to corporate office as well about the young man with long hair who had bad attitude and a comment that should not been usedWe will start going to another company not just for our personal cars but even our company trucks it's not worth dealing with if the manager not gonna correct the man for his attitude. If you can't act PROFESSIONAL then find something else to do!!

Been going to car wash with 2 cars 2 trucks for years. Been going with 3500 dodge truck with 13.5 tires for 3 years. Never an issue...until today. Pulled up, "manager" named Jake told me I couldn't go thru; tires to big. Told him, been going thru for 3 years. He had the gall to say, "Well, I've been the manager here for 3-4 months and I've never seen you before." I told him (angrily) that I've been here in the past 3-4 mths. He said he wouldn't let me thru. I hate to admit it I said *&*^% you. Called corporate, spoke to Kara, she told me he could have handled it better but they don't take anything above 13" tires. (keep in mind - 3 years). I was angry (didn't swear) she proceeded to tell me, "I hope your day goes better". Wasn't willing to listen Wasn't willing to work with me. Don't know what to say except they have a corner on the market. We need more gas stations and car washes to choose from. My 5 cars/trucks and trailer will never go again to ANY stein company.

Okay, so, I drove into this station to get gas and when I was about to pay I gave the attendant a $100 bill for a $65 gas receipt. Well, at that point one attendant, William, bald head full of tattoos, yada yada, you get the picture, yells at me for not telling him I had a hundred. I told him I didn't know we couldn't use a hundred dollar bill here and that I would pay with smaller change. Then I told him he needed to learn something about how to treat customers, at which point he yelled again and said "I don't care if you're a customer." Yes folks, this is why William works at a gas station and not at some higher paying job around people who are educated. It's this kind of service by an employee that can tarnish a business reputation, even if this business has done well for so many other customers. I run a business myself and if any of my employees said this to one of my customer's he would be out that very same day! This guy, William was arrogant, unprofessional and you could just tell by his whole approach, the way he carried himself -- everything, that he simply didn't care about his job or the customers at this station. I will never go here again and I would highly recommend that if you don't want to be yelled at for being a customer, then drive down the road to the next one. And just think, legislation is now trying to fight to pay these guys $15.00 an hour.

This is a texaco now, and I've always had really good service here. The guys are friendly and quick, and they always wash my windows, which is unexpected anymore these days, and appreciated.

When getting gas at this station, be sure to notice its a one way station. They won't pump gas if you aren't going the right way, even if you run out. They were quick to come over and say they wouldn't pump the gas because it was one way entrance...Wow.....I won't elaborate. Just saying, they don't hire people with any kind of psychology degrees. Young manager Preston hopefully learned what he should do the next time he is faced with the same situation. Offer a solution to the problem. Help the customer. Get rid of the Storm.
