Purchased bagged ginger and less than a week after purchase, the unopened bag of ginger was moldy. Came in asking to exchange. Even if unable by store policy, the cashier was rude in his communication.

This used to be Cash & Carry store. I really enjoyed my walk through. Open to public.They have large quantities of everything, but not so large that they exclude residential needs. On the contrary. Buy in bulk, split it up with friends, freeze some or, are you looking for party or wedding supplies?If you've never been here, go check it out. You will love it.

This place is amazing!! The guys here are so nice and friendly! I was returning some soda I had bought the day before and forgot my receipt but they remembered my face and helped me out. It was so kind and lovely. I 100% recommend shopping with these guys!

Watch the date on your meat you purchase!!!! They sell after the Sell By Dates and the Pork ribs stink like it is spoiled. This has happen multiple times in the past 6 months. Not with the time and gas to return the items as this was for an immediate grilling. What happen to the Quality of the old Cash and Carry, US CHEF'STORE seems to have poor meat quality at times. Watch your dates!!!!

Yikes! I used to shop here in the old days but haven't been here in years. I was looking for Zenner sausage (a fourth generation local brand) and took a chance. Not only did they have it but in large packages(of course) and four flavors. So, of course I took a look around. While it looked like the same in store arrangement, it was much more organized and stocked clearly in preparation for a busy day, especially in mixers and espresso flavoring and most importantly, eleven syrup flavors for snow cones and shave ice. It was a Friday morning, busy and all registers were open. The line moved quickly, even given the large orders. Not only that but the clerk was happy, friendly and efficient. What's not to like? Well, I could say the prices but very much in line with other large quantity retailers with no membership.

Displays and signs make it so easy to find what you need. Staff is very nice and always willing to help you. If you need help, they take your purchases to your vehicle. 99% of the time I find everything I need. It's a good experience to shop there! Thank you, Chef's Store!

You have to be born a different color skin in order to be treated right otherwise they can't see you even when you are standing under the waiting sign while they serve others( borned the correct skin) even when they didn't wait in line and just waltz right up to cashier. Then they had the audacity to tell you unapologetically" They didn't see you"

Clean, organized, prices clearly marked, friendly efficient checkout, everything on receipt was correct, great 1st time experience. Some items seemed overpriced such as potato chips, eggs, butter.
