“The store has improved soooo much since they got rid of that mean reginal manager ! The couple of staff here are pretty great, and the clothes are improving since a few years ago! “Going to Jay’s is like the first class shoe stores of the past, salespeople that know their products very well, they listen to your concerns, talk about the shoe as they help put the shoe on and off. They actually measure your feet! They evaluate your stride and really know what they are talking about.I have 4E width and one foot with a little claw toe so have unusual needs in feet. My podiatrist Dr. Steve Tillett recommended Jays and because I live on the Westside it took me a while to come over to Jay’s Clackamas location. I wish I had come over sooner!I came into to buy some walking shoes and hiking boots. The salesperson showed me a variety of both styles and I walked out the door with Keene shoes and Dunham boots. I’ve had them for a couple,of weeks and they are fitting great.IF YOU HAVE WIDE FEET AND LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR THE PORTLAND METRO AREA, GO TO JAY’S!!!!”
