We came in this morning. 8 customers and 2 workers. The 2 ladies went from person. They weren't much help. Left after 1/2 an hour. Without anything. Waist of our time. They need more help. I wouldn't recommend.

Robin did not seem too interested to help the customer. My experience was probably one of the worst that I've had since I've been coming to shoe mills for 25 years. I probably will not ever shop at this particular one again.Ps they willnt match the price

I went to Portland on vacation and stopped to this wonderful place and was helped by a lovely yung lady named Kimberly ?She was so helpful and patient.I will definitely be stopping by on my future visit.

Would not recommend. Incredibly rude customer service. No smile. They act like you are inconveniencing them asking for sizes or help. Unsure why you would work with the public if you dislike them so much. Went to another local shoe store and so happy I did.Shoe mill customer service leaves much to be desired. I will never be back.

Poor customer service. Walked in and was ignored. Tried to look around but you have to ask for help with getting the shoes and sizes you want to try on. To do so, you have to ask the annoyed and inconvenienced staff members. I ended up leaving and going up the street. Glad I did. First and last time here.

This is the second time I’ve walked into this store prepared to buy shoes for myself and buy shoes (as gifts) for two other family members. This is also the second time I was totally ignored by the staff. Not even a smile or hello. Yet two people who walked in after me (the only other two people) were measured and helped, all while I stood there trying to make eye contact with the staff, only to be ignored. Will not attempt a third visit. If you need customer service, I suggest you go elsewhere.

tried to sell me an inappropriate shoe. They were grossly mis sized and wore like clown shoes. The sales person and the sale manager both did not know how the use the shoe measuring device (Brannock). It was a total joke.

Kimberly couldn't have been more patient with my older relative who needed a stable athletic shoe. Her attention to detail was outstanding!! The store isn't huge but they have a generous selection and prices are in keeping with the brands they carry.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and was very pleased with one of the pairs. I was very disappointed in rhe second pair as it did not match the picture or the color that was shown, and even more disappointed in the customer service that charged me $10 to return shoes that were misrepresented on the website. Seriously, $10 is a small price to pay on your end to keep a customer happy and coming back, which now I will never do.

I am much delayed in the review but Erik Aalvik helped me get shoes that fit, helped me resolve the painful plantar fasciitis that had just started, and answered all of my questions. I have difficult to fit feet I had to try on A LOT of shoes and styles and he got all the boxes and helped me cheerfully and attentively the entire time.

The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the shoes they recommended for nurses, anyone really whos on theyre feet all day! HOKA has variety colors and styles! Great shoes, ive tried Dansko, New Balance, Memory Foam shoes but theses are the best support and comfort!

Oh jeez. The salesperson (blondish with I think curly hair) was so passive aggressively rude I ended up walking out of the store and going to Jay's Wide Shoes down the way, which does carry some normal widths btw. The salesperson tried to convince me my size wasn't my size and shoes are supposed to be so large that they slip off your heel as you walk forcing you to grip with your toes. She seemed to have been doing something before we came in and seemed annoyed to have to retrieve shoes from the back. She kept saying that the shoes I wanted wouldn't be good for warehouse work... I never mentioned where I work, and it's actually in animal health care. She was so uppity and dismissive I walked out of there absolutely cringing at her attitude. Be better girl, bc that kind of treatment you give is what you'll get back, and your attitude makes you gross.
