DEQ doesn't do tap to pay so I asked if they did cash back. After that the gentleman, if you can call him that, working there refused to help me even though I was at the full service side. Then when I asked him why he wasn't helping me, he accused me of being a drug addict. I asked him to help finish because I didn't want to get gas on me! I do not use drugs. I would never allow one of my employees to speak to one of my customers the way he spoke to me. I would fire him for refusing to do his job.

THIS PLACE IS NOT 24 HOURS. I came here at 10:45 pm and it was closed. I tried to get my own gas but it requires cashier approval. I'm 30 years old and have never seen that. Probably stole my card info.

This guy’s are theft don’t stop here. They did not put the gas that I pay for and never pay cash they keep the money.

Worst service ever. Kid was on his phone the entire time as I not only waited to get help, but also waited for him to give me my receipt. I was the only customer and it took 15 minutes. Never coming here again! Whoever it was working tonight shouldn’t have a job

Wed june 8th at 3:00pm the attendant was insanely rude, not only to me and my wife but we watched him have the same attitude towards a young girl next to us. I asked for my card back and went to the chevron across the street. We go to this station to use our rewards and get gas multiple times a week and will no longer continue to do so. The service between the two establishments was night and day difference.

This station is on my commute so I go here regularly. The workers here are always incredibly friendly and conversational. I know I will always have a pleasant experience when I stop in.

Don't use your card. They known for over charging your card. Will not give you owners number. Have to take them to court to get money back.

I went to my local gas station and a gentleman pumping argued and yelled at me because I didn't go to the pump he was standing at (did not see him) and when I gave him my Fred meyers points he asked me to say my number louder and got agitated and disrespectful with I said my number too loud after he requested me to be louder. Meanwhile he was the one asking me to say my number louder. He then mentioned I have a soft spoken voice and he couldn't hear me which is why I mentioned my number louder, he did not service me. He also slammed my gas cap closed leaving scratches on the side. After that I asked to speak with someone about the mistreatment and he wanted to continue to argue with me and called me rude which was uncalled for. I'm completely uncomfortable coming back to this location. I recorded the encounter and will be contacting management further. Did not receive his name but here he is.

Absolutely horrible experience. I brought a vehicle in that i had just purchased and requested requested it be inspected. After about an hour they were finished and I asked what i owed them. I was told it would be $45. I asked if he would give me some paperwork to document what was found. At that point i was told it would cost $60 dollars to aquire a receipt. When i questioned his business practices the mechanic became irate flipping me off and using a lot of vulgar language telling me to leave. Very unprofessional.

The attendant chided me for not pulling up to a pump that is closer to the door of the building, requiring him to walk an additional 10 feet. I’ll go the the Chevron across the street next time instead.

This place is a joke I stopped in here today to put 20 in my tank and I gave the guy a $50 bill and the guy never brought back my change and refused to give me my change saying I only gave him a $20 bill. Then started giving me attitude I eventually sent a friend to get the owners number and they refused and kicked him off the property.

Only had my mom's card, said couldn't use it which was fine but left my door open and gas cap off. DO NOT go here if want to keep gas cap they don't care if they lose it.
