Thank you Zahra for your professional customer service...I appreciated your kind , helpful attention to detail and information! It's great to try a few samples instead of purchasing and opening up a FULL SIZE product and having to return FULL SIZE product because it didn't work for you!!
My understanding is that opened product that customers return must be discarded and costs more than giving out a few samples!! Thank you again!!

I wish I could remember the employees name because she was so damned helpful! Found me the most incredible facial oil AND I am going back for more make up tips and advice, however, first calling to see if she is there. If not, I'll wait until tomorrow. Great experience. And fun!

This place refused to give SEPHORA birthday gift giving an excuse that it passed my bday. I usually got my bday gift even it passed more than a month and today it was less than a month. She got me signed in everything & then told me I couldn't get it. Who knows if she actually took it?

I made a quick stop in to try to test out some perfumes with a very specific note (strawberry) but had no idea which ones had it because I just kind of went in hoping Sephora had the scent descriptions but they don't unfortunately. I asked one of the employees when she came over to see if I was finding what I was looking for, and it was slow so every person working helped me look and find the ones I could test out. It was such a nice experience and they were just so friendly and helpful that I wanted to leave a review even though I don't usually do that. The person who primarily helped me did mention her name and I feel SO bad I can't remember what it was, but she has a few piercings on her face and is super pretty! I just really especially want to give her a shout out, but all of them were awesome.

went it to spend a gift card, everything was fine was looking around like normal. obviously a worker asks if we're looking for anything in specific but i had said no. left it at that and she came back asking maybe more than 7 times if everything was okay. at this point i'm annoyed i see the same worker following me around and i overheard them talking about me thru their microphone. at this point i'm offended and feel targeted so all i wanna do is leave but no. i got what i needed cashed out and left. just wanted to say the service was trash and i have never been so offended by a store i ain't coming back.

My friend and I went shopping here we were looking and trying to smell what we thought was a tester for the Brazilian perfume, the product already had been opened before we smelt the perfume. A lady with long brown hair at the register came and started getting upset in-front of the long line of customers telling us we ruined the product by opening it when we had just picked it up and it was already that way, we didn’t see very many testers and a lot of the products looked like that. It was very out of line and both my friend and I were very distraught and offended so we just left. Very sad she couldn’t take the extra step to ask instead of assume. Probably gonna stick to Ulta from now on due to the way it seems this business runs on embarrassing the costumers.
