Awesome little boutique fitness studio. Small, but they sure had effective workouts! Signed up for their full body/booty Wednesday and I felt it! Coach Sarah was motivating and demo/guided you through every moment.
Will be back next time I'm in PDX.

Great guys, very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want great coaches to guide you to a fitter body go with them.

Such a great team they have. The staff are very nice, they would love to help you, they give awesome advice, honestly I would rate it higher then 10/10
