The cashiers of the 3 Corvallis OR Safeway stores grab the POS keypad and are answering or cancelliing the surveys. I think that by allowing this, it is on the verge of fraud

The fruits and vegetables are always, always, always full of mold.
Whenever I bring this up to an employee they tell me "it doesn't look that bad" and the manager has told be she "didn't look because they were fine this morning" meanwhile the box is caked in thick mold
