Very good customer service. The tech finished the job earlier then expected. The price was reasonable and comfortable to others I called and priced. They came to my home with no extra charge and fixed my window on the spot. Thank you Safelite

Excellent service! I've had two episodes of smashed out window vandalism to my car and used Safelite both times for the repair. The technician arrived on time, was extremely courteous and professional. Did the job perfectly and left my car clean. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. We needed to have the rear window of our 2023 Mini Cooper replaced after it was shattered. Safelite was recommended by our insurance company so we felt good about contacting them. The mobile service was completed in a timely manner and the replacement itself went fine. I was concerned about the amount of glass left behind but I shrugged it off and got out my handvac for the backseat and ground. The REAL concern were the two dents left in the chrome trim of the window. Because it's a newer car and the dents were immediately apparent, I called it out to the tech at the time of service. He acknowledged the damage and said he would talk to his manager and they would "replace it if they needed to". I didn't hear from the tech or the manager the next day as I had hoped so I reached out again to the tech directly. He reiterated that he had passed on the concern to his manager and they would contact me. After two weeks of no contact, I reached out to customer service at Safelite and a very nice rep apologized and said she would try to reach the manager for me. She tried to call twice but said there was no answer so she said she would email the manager and ask them to contact me right away. Over a week later and still no outreach from Safelite. To not have someone respond after multiple attempts to even talk about the damage to my car is absolutely terrible. Accidents happen but such poor customer service is no accident - just a bad reputation in the making. And please don't throw a fake apology to this review like you have to many others and tell me to "contact Safelite.com" to "chat or talk to an agent" like that will help. Already tried and got me nowhere. Shame on Safelite.

Absolutely terrible service. I wish Google would allow me to put no stars because I would. These guys did THREE separate fixes on our windshield and still managed to get nothing right! Not only that, after triggering all of our safety equipment lights and sending us off like that to visit the dealer, they’re claiming it now voids their warranty since the dealer diagnosed Safelite’s mistakes. Don’t bother calling their office, the front desk girl literally told us they don’t pick up the phone. Now the dealer is asking for a diagnostic fee and $400 calibration for the radar Safelite couldn’t do. What’s the point of offering a service you can’t complete or do? Fraud. Look forward to updating this post.

Do not go to this shop.
We submitted the claim to them through our insurance in late August. It took them a month to order our glass. When I went to drop my car off in early October to get the work done, they had sent the glass and made the appt at their Eugene shop instead. They don't answer the phone. Sometimes they have someone working the front counter, sometimes they don't. Very frustrating. We called our insurance back and had them cancel the claim.

Was given a confirmed appointment window from 12pm to 5pm. They never showed up or called to say they were running late. I called at 5pm and was informed they would be there in 3 hours at 8 pm. I cancelled service. I understand things happen but don’t keep a customer sitting waiting for you for 5 hours with no updates.

I thought my truck was parked in a safe spot next to the golf course but a sliced ball from a player hit my rear window anyway. I took it over to Safelite and they replaced it in relatively short time.
Staff was friendly and the price was fair.

My insurance company, Allstate has a business partnership with Safelite autoglass for chip repairs and windshield replacement.
A few months ago I set up a claim through my insurance to have a chip repair done on my motorhome. When I got home after the repair I noticed some scratching on the passenger door near where the tech would have been working. I buffed it out and let it go.
Today I setup another claim for my passenger vehicle that had a rock chip on the windshield. I was told to wait and that he would be there between 8 and noon. Nobody showed up and I was not notified. At 2 p.m. I called safelite and they had no excuse but rescheduled the appointment for a tech to show up before 5p.m. I did not receive any confirmation of this rescheduled appointment so I called back. The rep told me that she would notify a manager to contact me. Still waiting......................

I called to get a quote on fixing a small star on my windshield. After too many questions I was quoted almost $300. The rep absolutely did not understand what I wanted and refused to listen. I had it repaired for $50.

Windshield was installed incorrectly, to where sensor fir wipers does not work in auto, or intermittent. This is the Clackamas office. I’ve been back twice, and now can’t get anywhere with phone calls, nor a response to sent email.

I called them on July 8, 1st available appointment was 2 weeks. 2 days before that appointment, they called to cancel saying they would call soon to reschedule. Since then I've heard nothing, I called today and STILL have to wait another week+ for a new appointment. WORST customer service. I am so disillusioned with glass replacement and my insurance. I do not recommend. And still 3 weeks later I have a broken window from a robbery.
EDIT - I see the reply from the owner and my only help is to reach out to corporate online. I'm disappointed in this reply.

Awful display of human decency and respect. I made an appointment for drop off and came ON TIME and they told me they were not taking anymore customers they moved people from their previous day into MY appointment time instead of their next available and didn’t even care to call, email or notify me in any way whatsoever. Bill made no effort to reconcile this either. It is despicable how you treat people. Shame on this establishment.
