I am rather impressed with the professionalism of this office. I spoke with Jerry about pet insurance and he discussed how pets can impact premiums for our homeowners policy as well as looking into pet health insurance for me. That extra mile was appreciated, as I never thought about my pets impacting my policy premiums.

In the past 10 years I have had three different car insurances and they weren't bad, but they werent that great either. When I moved to portland I thought I would give state farm a try and Im really glad I did. The rep that helped me set up my insurance here is named Mark H. and he was simply THE BEST. He explained everything to me so I understood, he continued to work with me while I was overseas for a job until my policy was correct and to my liking, and once I got back I spoke to another rep to go over my policy and make sure it was 100% what I wanted. This is the first time I can say that I felt taken care of with an insurance company and I give this team a 100/100 x infinity.

Outstanding Insurance Agency to deal with. They ask enough questions to be able to recommend the proper insurance you need. I dealt with both Mark and the agency owner Ryan Paulson. Both were polite, knowledgeable, and returned calls promptly. I expect to be a life time customer of theirs.

I recently moved to Oregon and had to switch over my state farm coverage. Zane and Ryan went above and beyond my expectations on getting insurance. Zane got me a quote that matched or was better than the coverage I had previously. He didn't make me feel silly for asking 500 questions about the policy and why we were doing what we were doing. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and pleasant. They weren't pushy about adding on more than you might need but they did make suggestions and told you the cost breakdown and long term savings of things. Overall a great experience and I have the coverage I needed and more!
