Cameron the pharmacist is super awesome at his job. This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. they always have my meds filled on time, and they always make sure that my meds are in stock. They go above and beyond to make sure that my needs are satisfied.

The pharmacy staff that answer the incoming calls are rude and unprofessional. The waits to pick up your prescriptions are ridiculously long.

Big appreciative shout out to Pharmacist Cameron at Sunnyside Clackamas-I called 15 Minutes before close, totally out of my Thyroid meds that i must have daily. Cameron answered and looked at my file said he could have it filled in 5 min and would wait til i arrived. I got there right at closing and there he was waiting just like he promised. He was friendly and patient with me after i even forgot my wallet. He did not make me feel rushed and even calmly helped me figure out ApplePay. I learned something new. I appreciate you Cameron!!!! Great customer service for sure!!!! ??

Standing in line for 20 minutes while there are several available technicians to assist me but they choose not to for whatever reason. Finally, I am called to the window and told "I can't help you while you're on your phone.". I was ensuring with my client that indeed I was picking up the correct medications and have never had this issue before. There was no kindness or semblance of good customer service offered. No polite and courteous request, just a really nasty attitude from a spiteful and rude technician who obviously was having a bad day and chose to take it out on me. This is the reason Rite-Aid has a 2 star rating. It's not hard to be kind, try it sometime! I will advise my client to take their business elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location for any reason.

I had a appointment for my flu shot today at 11:20. The other customers waiting were walk in's. And there calling them in before me. I told the person I have appointment she said I'm taking them as the pharmacist Is handing them to me. I told the pharmacist I had a appointment and by this time it's 40 minutes later she told me I'd have to wait my turn. Told her I have another appointment she told me to leave than or wait. Why make a appointment if they aren't going to HONOR IT!!

After waiting for weeks for meds refilled at Walgreens across the street, we finally switched to Rite Aide. So nice to get meds called in and the next day to get them. They actually answer the phone here, and will refill as quickly as possible.

A little Thank You Thursday shout out to the staff at this Rite Aide. From a friendly greeting to waiting in line at the pharmacy, it seemed to move along fairly quick, with attentive staff tending customers one by one. Although many of the staff have changed since Iast stepped into this store, despite all the negative reviews below, I still stop in here every so often whether it's to pick up a prescription or a card. The location is clean, shelves stocked and customer services goes above and beyond the last few times I've come in. High five to the hard working staff working up to the wee hours of the day before the holidays!

I get text saying I need to call to update my insurance before they can refill. I been trying to call and talk to someone for 3 days now and I either get the quick please hold and I hold and hold and hold and no one ever picked back up. Or I get into a loop where I keep having to choose 3 then put back on hold.

I went here a week ago for my Covid booster. This store is a different shape than most and the pharmacy is kind of off to the side instead of in the back. It took me a while to find. I didn't have to wait long for my shot and it was painless. Booking an online appointment was easy.

Pharmacy is a disorganized joke. My doctor called in an Rx on a Monday. I go in on a Tuesday to pick it up, they can’t find the Rx. I call back to the doctor, they call in another one. I call RiteAid to verify they have it, yes. Go in the next day to pick up, they can’t find it. Return AGAIN the next day and they found it misfiled in their system. I told them I was coming to pick up today, and showed up…guess what, still wasn’t filled!The pharmacy manager is the sad, skinny dude with a receding hairline, “Cameron.”He refused to believe me when I said it was my fourth time in. Was loud and rude with me and told me to go somewhere else.I had also scheduled a vaccine appointment for this time. There were about 15-20 people waiting, and in the 30 minutes I was there, they had only given one shot. 20 minutes past my appointment time, and I’m told there’s still six people ahead of my appointment. Nurse is wandering around the store, looking to find her next person, rather than moving on.Such a joke! No wonder so many of their stores are closing. Disorganized, short-staffed, lousy customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, because it can’t get worse than this.

Scheduled an appointment for a Covid and Flu vaccine, they scheduled 5 minute intervals and allowed walk in’s at least an hour behind and still waiting! Ridiculous ??After finally getting in, they didn’t have my flu shot and offered to have get back in line! I declined

Worst vaccine experience ever in the pharmacy. Poor customer service and poor communication. Not sure why they even bother with appt times, this place is a joke.

Oh man, this place is such a joke. It took no less than four phone calls from me, two from my doctor, and four visits to the store to get a simple Rx filled. They kept losing the Rx, misfiling it in the queue, and then just....didn't fill it. On the 4th visit I waited...and waited.... The pharmacy manager, Cameron, is the sad, skinny dude with a receding hairline and weak chin. He tells me that it's impossible that they screwed up and their system is just fine. Looking around the pharmacy, there were about 20 people waiting. I had also scheduled a vaccine appointment, but in the half hour I was there, they had only given one shot. By the time I left, I was told there were still six people ahead of me. I asked why they took appointments then...no answer other than "You can go somewhere else." Gladly.

Went in to get a vaccine, and was somewhat helped by Deanna. I found her to be very sharp with her answers, and gave me the impression she did not want to be there, or was doinjg me a favor by helping me. While waiting for my caccine, I noticed how she talked to other customers, and found her to be very rude toward them, and at one point would not answer a customer's simple question. Very poor customer service.

There is no customer service any more. I am a former Pharmacy Technician. If I would have treated a customer like I was treated I would have been spoken to as that was not the way to treat any customer let alone one that was crying. I’m not surprised to see so many one star ratings for Rite Aid.
