Literally filled my medication wrong three separate times and has never once had it ready when I get there despite getting multiple texts saying otherwise. 100% Would not waste your time.

They do a great job for me. If you’re normal and don’t have weird demands as a patient you’ll be fine using them as your pharmacy. Prices are competitive.

They keep dropping the ball on my sensors so I am unable to monitor my blood sugar. Last month I had to transfer to another pharmacy just to get the sensors. Now this month today is the last day for my sensor and they say it’s on order for tomorrow with no guarantees. Again. Don’t worry Rite Aid. It’s just my life on the line.

I wish I can remember the name of the white female technician person that I was dealing with, next time I will look at her name tag. She was extremely rude and very unhelpful, and it wasn’t my first experience with her either. I thought maybe she just had a bad day but apparently she is just a rude person. Besides her the rest of the staff and the pharmacist himself are very nice.

If you want a vaccination of any type that literally doesn't hurt, go to the Rite Aid at 12002 SE Sunnyside Road, Clackamas, OR 97015.

Been going here for years. Loved the kind staff. But today one pharm tech was not just rude - but incredibly unkind. I'm just picking up prescriptions and gave her my name and birth. I don't understand how she can be upset with me. She was rude to her coworkers too so maybe that's just how she is.
Either way, won't tolerate unwarranted anger and mannerisms.
She needs to be nicer to her own team. Recommend the Walgreen across the street.

This Rite Aid pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Everyone is always helpful and Cameron Cardile cares about the patients. I am extremely grateful for them.

I’ve been filling my prescriptions, along with my wife and son’s prescriptions at the Clackamas store for years. I recently had a change in insurance but the pharmacy did not delete my previous information when they added the new one and they continued to fill them with the wrong card. Because of that I ended up overpaying by close to $700 in copays before realizing what had happened. I spoke with the pharmacy manager who was very understanding and tried his he’s to help me, but in the end, his hands were tied by management telling him it had been too long, and there was nothing they could do to help me. One of the reasons so much time had passed, was due to the efforts I put in with my previous insurance company on two different levels to see if they would be able to help me with the overpayment. Unfortunately, since the mistakes took place at that store with them failing to use my correct information on file, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I was then told I could try to solve the issue myself by calling Rite Aid customer service and talk with someone in management to explain what happened and see if they would work with me to reimburse what should me mine. After making six calls over the past month and a half, and being told they have a 72hr call back policy each time, I still haven’t heard anything from management. I can’t help but feel like they simply don’t care.
As for being too long to do anything, I’m curious what the statute of limitations is for taking money out of someone’s pocket and not being obligated to return it, and/or at least feel like it’s the right thing to do in returning that money? At this point, I’m still hopeful Rite Aid will understand the situation and reimburse me for their mistake, but my confidence is waning. If not, I can’t, in good conscience continue to fill prescriptions here or shop at any Rite Aid store moving forward and forever. In the end, it just doesn’t feel right and unfortunately for them, the amount of money they will not receive from me will be far more than it would’ve cost them to simply do the right thing.

The pharmacy staff that answer the incoming calls are rude and unprofessional. The waits to pick up your prescriptions are ridiculously long.

Big appreciative shout out to Pharmacist Cameron at Sunnyside Clackamas-I called 15 Minutes before close, totally out of my Thyroid meds that i must have daily. Cameron answered and looked at my file said he could have it filled in 5 min and would wait til i arrived. I got there right at closing and there he was waiting just like he promised. He was friendly and patient with me after i even forgot my wallet. He did not make me feel rushed and even calmly helped me figure out ApplePay. I learned something new. I appreciate you Cameron!!!! Great customer service for sure!!!! ??

Standing in line for 20 minutes while there are several available technicians to assist me but they choose not to for whatever reason. Finally, I am called to the window and told "I can't help you while you're on your phone.". I was ensuring with my client that indeed I was picking up the correct medications and have never had this issue before. There was no kindness or semblance of good customer service offered. No polite and courteous request, just a really nasty attitude from a spiteful and rude technician who obviously was having a bad day and chose to take it out on me. This is the reason Rite-Aid has a 2 star rating. It's not hard to be kind, try it sometime! I will advise my client to take their business elsewhere. I will not be returning to this location for any reason.
