I was unhappy with the service that I received because I paid nearly $1000 for a bumper repair where Mike added these stitches to my bumper without any kind of communication or check-in with me first. The 'drifter's stitch' is not a standard repair , and he should have talked to me first instead of surprising me with it. The bumper looked better prior to this 'repair', and everyone who saw it has laughed at me. I was able to completely replace the bumper myself in an afternoon with my dad and a Youtube tutorial for one third the price and far better results. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Have brought my cars here 3 or 4 times over the years. Mike and team always go above and beyond to ensure a quality repair. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I received quotes from Refinishing Touch Auto Body and from an auto body chain nearby to repair damage to my bumper. The quotes were about the same but when I called to ask more questions it was clear that Refinishing Touch was the right choice. First off they were able to work with me on scheduling. They were also able to provide an estimated completion date while the other guys told me there was no way to guess how long the work would take. Refinishing Touch estimated the work would take about a week. They actually turned it around in about 4 days with a fresh wash and wipe down of the interior as well! The work was impeccable! You would never know there was any damage to my bumper. The quote was spot on, no surprises. They also removed a small scratch/dent on my driver side door that was not part of the work. That scratch always bugged me and now I never have to see it again! I highly recommend Refinishing Touch and there is no one else I will trust with body work on my cars ever again.

This will be my 3rd time with this auto body shop, and Mike goes above and beyond. I went in for a left rear bumper accident and has some side skirt damage as well. He fixed it! He totally didn't have to but in good faith he did. He literally handed me my car back better then I left it, also detailed and cleaned the car. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

I'm so happy with the work Refinishing Touch performed on my car. Mike was so friendly, responsive, and kept me up to date all along the way - and took on working with my insurance; taking the hassle off of me. I saw very good reviews about this place and I’m very picky on where to take my car since it’s a 2021 Mazda CX-5, someone dented my back bumper. I wanted to find a trust worthy good quality auto body shop. I’m glad I found them. Mike was very professional, super nice guy. When I dropped my car there it was dirty the outside and inside needed cleaning. I picked it up today and it was super clean the inside and outside I’m very impressed. It looks brand new they fixed the dent on my bumper. I would definitely do business with them again.Service: Painting
