I received a delivery this morning and want to say how much I appreciated the excellent service and courtesy from John Harmon. He was the best and would merit ten stars if possible.I was not satisfied at all with the contact people who were not honest regarding delivery times or days.

Schedule a pick up for between 3pm and 7pm , driver showed up at 1pm , told him not ready to come back later , yea he never came back

Took over a week to get our shipment from Tualatin to Wilsonville! Then to top it off once they did attempt to make the delivery after I called to complain, the driver came after hours and didn’t show for another two days. He finally showed up with a exceptionally poor attitude and and demeanor asking if anyone actually works here because it was empty when he came the last time. We are in construction, we are not always sitting in the office. We have two dozen separate job sites running at a time and spend most of our time there.

they tracked my deliveries the product was needed asap and it was at my office the next morning once again reddaway went beyond regular service

The worst! the shipment of cables that I need to finish a project should have been here a week ago. I called, I emailed, nothing but excuses. Today I was promised a call back that never happened. Every day this shipment is delayed my project is on hold which is costing me real money. Contacted them again today, no reply. Finally filed a BBB complaint today. Don't trust these fools with your stuff unless you want to get rid of it.

Will preface with this is one of my first negative reviews, anywhere. Want to ship a pallet? DO NOT USE THEM.This company sucks. Always late - by days. Always lie. "You are two stops away".... do not show up that day. "You are first stop"... do not show up that day.Want to know a status? Not going to happen. Never can get ahold of ANYONE. I've had times on hold for a cumulative hour to hour and a half. Best advice = never use them for anything. I've used: YRC, FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, ABF, Old Dominion, Roadrunner, etc. Never, ever, have I had such a horrible experience.

How can a company have so many employees that are infected with lies, dishonesty and flat out not caring about the one thing that is important to a company and that is their customer base. Been 10 days that a shipment arrived at a terminal and cannot get someone to tell the truth on why it cannot deliver nor will they let a customer come in and pick up the product due to COVID. It's like they have taken your freight as hostage. All of this starts from the top and the top is rotten to the core.

I ordered a 200 lb. item from home Depot. Reddaway delivered the item in the time frame that they stated. The issue was the delivery guy would not deliver to our doorstep. He refused and left the order in our driveway. that left me to find someone to help me bring the item into my home. this is absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever received. I will be calling Home Depot up to complain.

Easily the very worst trucking company out there. 2 deliveries, both over a day late (from the appointments that were made by them) They never called to let us know and when we called each time it was like they had no idea what was going on. Totally unprofessional. Stay away from these jokers!

Terrible company that literally does not care about it's clients or contracts. Delivery windows are not only disregarded but they won't even bother calling you to update. Times like these are when I love corporate because they will at least be held to standards unlike this joke of a company. Do not get anything from HOME DEPOT delivered, they use Reddaway as a courier. Just had to cancel my order after a month of waiting because the customer service was so bad on Reddaway's end. Bad bad bad company.

Dishonest. Unreliable. Irresponsible. Worst shipping experience we ever had. Want your package sits in terminal without delivery attempt and shipped back to shipper without request? Want spend your time calling them 20 times and here lie and promises to deliver tomorrow? Go for it.

Very disappointed with service from Reddaway. Was advised package would be delivered on 3/16, and to be home to sign for delivery. Waited all day at home and at 4:35 ( past delivery window they advised), I called Reddaway. They assured me that the driver was in Keizer, a short distance from my address, and they would be coming. I canceled evening plans to wait. No one showed up. I tried to call to find out what was going on, and business was closed. I called this morning, 3/17 and talked to someone I could hardly understand and he said it would be delivered. I asked if I could get a ballpark time, and he said anytime throughout the entire day. I feel like this carrier holds your items hostage and you must jump through their hoops and play their game. Very frustrating. Will not be ordering from any business who uses Reddaway for delivery!!!!
