Best and easiest move ever! PODS was so convenient, and their customer service reps were helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The best thing was that they always had a live person on the phone to answer my questions before, during, and after my move.

Awful. They never could get my account information correct. They happily took my money and attached some random man's name to my account so that I couldn't access my own items or account info but could pay for it no problem. Take my money and no access to my own things. Ended up paying then to driver to Servepro who took over the storage of my items.

The driver was a great person. Very polite and positive. He placed my POD right where I wanted it. When I opened the POD everything was in the same place that stacked it. This driver was great. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

The driver was very helpful, friendly and experienced at the job he was doing. He delivered it here with no problem at all. I was hoping for a larger container to be delivered. But I guess what I received is the largest container that is available. I will let you know when it is full and needs to be moved.
