I needed to get live crickets for my lizard. When I asked the employee for crickets she told me she had to go on her ten minute break first and then she could get them. This is the second time I have had to wait for someone to get off their break before they could help me. I asked the cashier if I could call before I come in next time because I didn't want to wait ten minutes for someone to go to break before they helped me and she said NO. Service is terrible!!!!!

I have been to the store so many times and I got used to finding things I need. Sales associates are not always helpful or friendly but at least they greet when I pay at check out.

Ordered for delivery said works be here at noon, called at 1230 store hasn’t even gotten order ready then at 130 got notice the package would arrive at 205 at 220 got another notice saying it would arrive by 3 what a terrible job taking care of customers no apologies will go out of my way to give my business to their competitors

I bought a collapsible dog crate. When I got home I realized that it had been a return. When I opened it up there was a lot of white hair all inside. It should have been marked down!!! If I lived closer I would have returned it.

Well I'm a bit ticked off. I've called like at least 6 times now, they either pick up the phone and don't speak or hang up, or don't pick up at all. Pretty poor service when one is trying to call.

We went in 8 minutes before closing, we walked exactly to the fish we wanted, asked them to help us and they plainly said no. “It was only 5 minutes to closing”Very disappointing. We will go to Petsmart tomorrow morning instead.

We take our pets for Anal gland expression. It is way cheaper than Vet's office and we ould see how my babies are doing. Try it, you won't regret it.

Zane is the manI have been complimenting him in other reviews but he still hasn’t gotten a raise… he is amazing (and I am not even related to him) but he should be acknowledged as he is an awesome character/employee and you all should be happy he is working at petco.. he is upbeat and fun and quirky and always helpful and knowledgeable

One star if I could give A 0 i would don't go to Petco. They treat their customers horribly. Go to petsmart they're wonderful.

Too many employees standing/stocking(?) and too few cashiers! The lines are hellishly long and unbelievably slow to check out. They also seem to have trouble stocking items consistently (specifically food for my guy, who is allergic to LOTS of foods, so he can only eat a few certain ones).
