The rental experience was fantastic from the start. The reservation process was easy, the person who helped me check out was polite, thorough, and quick with the check out process. The truck was modern, comfortable for a box truck, and in great condition. The key drop off was fast and easy. I have moved 9 times in the last 15 years, and this is the first time I have rented a truck from Penske. This experience has made me a fan of Penske and I will not rent a truck from any company, but Penske, ever again.
