They do great work and have dealt with 2 car problems now (I have horrible car/technology luck ? ) y'all always provide a fair rate and work done in a timely manner. “These guys were great! Everyone was super friendly, professional and thorough. They changed my oil a few months back and replaced a filter in my car that I didn't even know existed. In fact, they were responsible for letting me know that whoever had done my last tune-up failed to put a filter in this particular area of my car and that I had been driving my car without any filter at all. They were able to replace the filter for me and it made a huge difference in terms of air quality and maintaining both heat and cooling inside my car. I want to thank them for that because it was very noticeable to me after they put it in. I will be going back to them again and I'm happy to have found someone in my neighborhood that I can trust to do a good job and be conscientious about the work. I would highly recommend them.”

I have been coming here for a decade now and I drive from NOPO even though it is less convenient to my home than other branches. They also don't push services or parts which I really appreciate.”
“SVS did an engine rebuild for me. Communication was clear and quick, they did it in one week (could have been faster, but I think they had to wait on a part), engine bay came back super clean, they unexpectedly brought A/C back to life.
Price was reasonable, and they seem very good at what they do.”
“I am very pleased with the service. The knowledgeable attention to detail is unsurpassed. I had to have the engine replaced in my Jeep. I was told it would be about 3 weeks. I had it back in 2 weeks. This all took place during a snow/ice event which lasted over a week. I am throughly impressed!”
“I was put onto Addis by my beau and I’m so glad he did. I had to wait a few days, but I was able to bring my car in early in case there was a missed appointment.
Addis auto repair was within my budget, the repair was quick and the communication was thorough. I’ll be back!

“One of the only places in town to get reliable work done on older VWs. Especially Vanagons. There are separate parts and maintenance businesses under the same roof. The maintenance side is run by a super friendly couple that have been at this for many decades. They do good work and are super reasonable with the pricing. They seem to genuinely care about people and that they are satisfied with the outcome of their work. I'll definitely be back next time my van breaks down!”

“This is second trip to Vo's for a different car.
The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
(Wednesday) morning and it was ready.
Also love they support our military. Cant say enough good things them-turn around, price and honesty-what more can you ask for.”

“I just have to say first, I won't take my car anywhere else for an oil change, they can do it faster than I could myself and actually do it right (vs competitors). But this review is about this particular location- the manager tried recharging my AC and found a leak- she proceeded to remove the freon, fix the part she hypothesized caused the leak (for no extra charge!), recharged it and it worked. This was on the hottest day of the heat wave, so essentially, she saved my life with her mechanical skills. Thank you guys for being courteous and knowledgeable professionals, would give ten stars if I could!”
