Very disappointed in the quality of their waterproof mattress. Paid 700 for it to last less than 2 years and their solution was for me to spend another 160 in a protector to make it usable again.

After 3 years of #vanlife, my old mattress was shot. I went to NA Mattress after recommendations from other van owners and Shawna, Josh and Nikki all took great care of me!!!! They make custom shapes for all types of vans and beds and even though my bed was non standard, they had the template for it and were able to fit new foam to my bed. I even got the foam on my seat cushions replaced too. TBH I didn't realize how worn out my old ones were, b/c the new bed and cushions are super plush and comfy. Another positive I want to point out is this is a small business and the owners are also van lifers and they totally get the unique needs of being nomadic. When I told them I was on a time line they worked with me, to get the order ready before I had to leave and even called to let me know when it was ready for pickup. All in all I can't be happier and I am sleeping so much better again now that I've got the new mattress. Whether your local or ordering online these folks are amazing and I expect you'll be pleased with the service, quality and customer service.

Ordered the medium firm mattress for my Storyteller Overland Stealth Mode. Received the mattress faster than expected. Quality out of the box was immediately noticeable. Spent a few nights on it and loved it more than my stock mattress. No more hip pain or numb arms as I’m a side sleeper. In speaking with a friend they mentioned there was now a soft version. Which came out right after I ordered my mattress. I would have ordered the soft if it was available. The medium firm was great but I wanted something softer. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response. I was willing to pay for the difference but they swapped out the foam no questions asked. Quick and amazing customer service with an awesome product. Received the new softer foam and it’s absolutely perfect. I sleep so good now in my van and can’t wait to spend more nights on it. No need to look any further. Quality product and company that stands behind their product. Thanks Roamrest/North American Mattress!

For over $300 for the mattress, I would not recommend purchasing, after less than a year it started cracking & splitting.

We have a Bed-Wetter mattress at our house for our potty trainer and honestly, couldn't be happier. Why didn't we know about this mattress for our first 2 potty trainers?!

Nothing short of a five star experience. Due to my own mistake a 5 day turn around request turned into 1.5 days as I had failed to respond to NA Mattress Corp's request for information. The entire family was ready for a 10 day road trip and NA Mattress made it happen with the staff doing everything possible to get my mattress made in time. We drove straight from the shop to our adventure. I am so grateful for the service they provided for us, the top quality perfectly fitted mattress and washable cover. This mattress will help my family enjoy our DIY camper van for years to come! THANK YOU NA MATTRESS!!!

This morning I called to find out about your mattresses and I was so very impressed with the sales person. I spoke with Josh and what a wonderful, helpful and polite young man. I ordered a mattress for my grandson who has severe autism and I am very excited to get it soon. Dealing with such a helpful person makes all the difference. We live on a boat and needed a very customized mattress to fit our funky space. Despite their Covid-19 closure, Josh gave great follow-up over email. As soon as North America Mattress could take appointments, they contacted us, and were willing to meet us right away. Everyone there is incredibly nice, does a great job of sharing the necessary customer information and follows up promptly. We felt the price was reasonable and there was no question the quality of work and customer service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend North America Mattress to anyone looking for a locally-made custom mattress.

Thank John , Josh , Keiser, and you Torry for your help and kindness,your always “please “ and “thanks “ Iam so sorry again it happened but Jane your seamstress assistant again over me , she turned off my sewing machine , was yelling over my face and I was quiet and educated She is toxic , revengeful, controlling and self-centered and really most employees there , think that , but only be quiet , prudence and now the true ,because it hasn’t only happened to me when things aren’t done as she wants Iam not perfect , but I tried to do my best job , and gave Josh important information about people to help sewing outside when you needed So think all you about if was just !!!

We just had North America Mattress make a mattress for our RV. It was the second mattress this company has made for us and we love it! The right blend of memory foam and regular foam makes a good night’s rest possible with my back issues and Josh & John did a great job finding the perfect balance. They were both knowledgeable, professional and genuinely interested in making a mattress we’d be happy with. Our second experience with North America Mattress was just as great as the first and we’d recommend them highly to anyone who needs a comfy mattress!
