I was told that results would be ready the next day, we were very pleasantly surprised when the test results were emailed to us the evening of the day the samples were taken in even though they did not receive the samples until very late morning. We very much appreciated this excellent service.”

From day one they have been on point and fast!! Yesterday morning I put in an order for testing and by noon the ever amazing Adam was right there to take the sample! “Prism has been life-changing for me. The care I receive from this group has been deeply useful during my transition. They aren’t perfect as they’re working within a flawed system. But they show up to serve our community every day and they do an amazing job. It can be a challenge to get started with them, as their waitlist can be a bit long. “I took my neighbor who is elderly to pick up at the pharmacy located there on site and everything was very smooth and convenient for her they were very polite and were very prompt with providing her with her needs the only thing I would say needed a little bit of accommodating would be the parking situation it's kind of difficult to go in and out when the parking is not for parking it's actually just for dropping off other than that great service polite people took safety precautions and made her happy and we went home and no complaints.”

“We have been the Canby Health Care for years. We've always gotten amazing care when them. Recently my daughter was pretty sick and they were able to squeeze her and see her right away. The staff was kind and efficient. The NP that saw her was very kind and thorough. She took time asking questions and examining my her. She also sent over prescription to the pharmacy right away. We love this clinic.”

“My wife had thyroid surgery here. To my surprise everyone was great! I knew the Doctor was nice. It’s the staff I was unsure about. Doctor Varela has operated on my wife twice now. He doesn’t come off as arrogant. Which in my experience is rare with Doctors. The staff was so nice! They took good care of my wife and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them over any Providence!”

“Super small lab in the back of the Safeway to the right of the pharmacy. Very quiet and few staff, likely due to its size and quest. I arrived early to my appointment time and the check-in was straightforward and on the left when you walk in, so easy to find. They had audible directions playing for those who are visually impaired and had plenty of seating. The lab tech was very nice and all-in-all I had a quick and efficient appointment.”
“UPDATE!!!! Since my last visit a couple months ago LabCorp has bought out Providence, I think? Anyway, I scheduled my appointment online for 830 this morning, I got out of my appointment blood draw went smooth six minutes later. I repeat six minutes later. There was no wait time, the staff was extremely professional and super super kind. I couldn’t have been happier. It would’ve been nice to to work a little bit longer. Lol but my experience was great. Upgrading to five stars.The wait time was outrageous. I believe it’s because Labcorp bought out the old company and they were switching software.The staff taking my blood did awesome!!!! Super kind and friendly. Wait time was the worst, 2+hrs”
“I have no idea why they don't have a higher rating on here -- the clinic was clean and well laid out, the process was super fast and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were some issues with my test order and they helped me sort them out and I still was able to get the test done that same day, which is not how it usually goes with these types of clinics! Honestly the experience couldn't have been better.”
“Like others have said, it's been a 2-3 hour wait because of some issues with the new system. Sure, this is frustrating to come in and wait that long. But know that it is not the staff's fault and that they are doing the best they can. All the staff I interacted with were so patient and kind even after being yelled at by so many people early in the morning. If you yell at the staff, it doesn't make anything go faster, so save your breath!”
