I have Elderly mother who hurt to walk for long period of time & her arms hurt too. Other day, me, my fiancée and my mother; she was asking the employees to help her but none of the employees helping her and being rude about it. Last time we came, they help us finding right bra size by sizing my chest to find right size, this time my mother ask to help us find right bra size (I hate wearing bras so I don't know my size normally), the employee said in rude tunes "well, I don't know your daughter's bra size, but, you do! You will have better time finding perfect size for her." I don't think she want us there but, she was treating my disability mother very horribly while I was trying on clothes and my fiancée was keeping q eye on my mother's purse.

This company makes bras with spongey absorbent fabric that creates an odor that does not come out in the wash. Great going with absorbent bad fabric, Lane Bryant, epic fail.

Awful. It’s been over a year since I’ve purchased in store at this location.I was greeted initially in store and that was it. Three employees standing at the counter just chatting while I’m pulling every drawer open to find a bra in my size. None of the employees offered to help me find my size. If I wasn’t so desperate for bras I would have just walked out. Torrid employees make more of an effort.I spent $135.94! Really upsetting that employees can stand around and talk about their trips and family but not help a shopper find what they need.

I feel like LANE BRYANT AT THE PROMENADEis a wonderful ❤ place to shop and I am so thankful for Bras in my size and under Garments there is no other store close by within walking distance or short Public transportation ride that offers my plus size Garments Which no other regular store sells in my plus under Garment sizes so oh well if I don't get greeted it's not a big deal when I need help I will ask for it that's real easy with all the Theft going on I do not blame the Employee's that they are set aback from people and with Covid restrictions that were put on people. Thing's have changed but I really don't blame the store or their Employee's I Blame Society as a whole we must be kind to other's first if we expect that back from the staff of any business we go too.Thank You LANE BRYANT for being there for me in my time of Need at this Location Clackamas Promanade.

My experience as a customer shopping in this location has been disappointing to say the least. What ever happened to warmly being greeted upon entry? Without realizing that the store hours have changed, I walked in about 5 minutes prior to the store closing where I was abruptly asked "Are you picking up?!". I said, "No, I am just hoping you could look up a receipt for me". They responded "Are you planning on shopping?!". Both associates were at the register at this time where they were each assisting customers. I was taken back by how abrupt the associate was to me with a customer directly in front of them. It was very rude. I ended up purchasing a blouse and the person who rang me up rudely stated "this is the kind of top you would wear if you didn't have anything else". How are you going to insult my shopping choice as a "stylist" and not even offer to style me as per your job description?As a former employee, I know the expectations are to warmly greet each customer, get their story, add on items, offer a fitting room, and thank them. This doesn't happen anymore. I am sad to see these expectations are not upheld. Lane Bryant should strive for more consistency in this. The culture is not the same and it saddens me. I do not desire the in-store shopping experience because of this.

Well, seems like I had an above average experience when compared to other reviews. I went here after Soma didn't treat me well. The woman, Dez (whom I'm seeing is also the manager) was amazing and incredibly helpful. She sized me and picked the exact perfect bra for me on the first try. I'm sad to hear others didn't have the same level of customer service because I will definitely be back!

There’s only a few good employees at this location which seems to be the trend at most locations but the manager Dez is defiantly not manger material as she’s very rude to her staff, well at least a few of them from what I can tell from the few times I’ve been in lately. Sad part is doesn’t seem like lane Bryant takes complaints seriously as there’s many on here about employees attitudes and lack of help. So I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

Very unhelpful staff. Trying to find a bra. No one even wants to look my way to help. Couldn't find in my size and no one was helpful at all and I was the only person in the store
