Try to get a job at this so-called equal opportunity employer I haven't been convicted of a felony in 15 plus years and they don't work felons equal opportunity means that you don't discriminate against felons and what I want to know is why can't a felon work at your almost fully automated Bakery I guess the felons are going to run out with all your money that you got sitting around I guess everybody's going to run off with your yeast and flour. I also wanted to add that in the interview process I told them that I hadn't been convicted of a felony a long period of time they didn't say anything that I would have any problems with it they actually told me that I would start on the 3rd 2 weeks later and didn't make any attempts to tell me that my background didn't check out so I sat at home for 2 weeks thinking I had a good job for me to call and find out that my background check was denied and they made no attempts to call and tell me

Recently interviewed with this place for an engineering position. I used a local address for on my resume since I lived across country. They offered me the position after I flew out to Portland on MY OWN DIME. Once I asked for my move to be refunded, they pulled the offer without even negotiating anything
siting that I misled them. However, I was up front with them right at the beginning of the in person interview. They had more than enough time to reject me, instead they string me along and send me to get a second interview with their regional engineering team. Wasting theirs and my time. If thats how they treat potential new candidates, thats a clear indicator of how they do they do business, cheap and unwillingness to be flexible. Its doesn't surprise me that the plant is unionized given the cheap nature of the management. STEER CLEAR.....

Dear Kroger Clackamas Bakery,As someone who values hard work and fair treatment, I have to say that my experience with the Kroger Clackamas Bakery was disappointing. I witnessed workers being mistreated and overworked, and I heard firsthand the complaints of customers who were frustrated with the payment system and lack of check acceptance. The bakery seemed to be operating like a slave mill, with little concern for the well-being of its employees or customers. The lack of payment options and the reliance on a mobile app or website seemed to be a source of frustration for many people.Overall, I would not recommend this establishment. The mistreatment of workers and disregard for customer convenience is not acceptable in my book.Sincerely,Jaeden Childers

It’s really horrible place, don’t accept any check, what you should do in middle of night. They send you a message and you should do payment for lumper just with app or website.

I been working here almost 5 years. Be careful about points, because you can only have 4.75 any higher you are fired. Sometimes you get one point or .25 but they don't tell you so ask HR ONCE IN A WHILE

Slave mill. Horrible place to work unless you're hard pressed for cash or have absolutely no other choice. Avoid at all costs.
