Be careful when doing returns with the credit too your card again takes days due to the switch on their part to Capital One.

Don't go in thinking you will get your Kohls discount if you purchase a Sephora item. The clerks at the register and at the customer service were VERY rude regarding this. Both said Sephora was a contractor in their store, and even though I was able to put the purchase on my Kohls credit card, I was told they don't recognize Sephora purchases. Confusing to us customers and a very poor treatment to me as a customer

The cashier was pleasant and fun. Inventory is lacking, things keep moving and I don’t find as much to buy anymore. I find that sad as I don’t like buying online.

When working, it’s good to stop your conversations to help customer. Especially when that customer is carrying something very heavy, and they want to set it down on your counter, but your counter is covered with things. This is in reference to Amazon. They could also, not look so inconvenienced to stop the conversation. Along with us, cashiers shouldn’t be whispering across the way to somebody else. Thinking of the customer can’t see what they’re doing. It’s incredibly rude. These teenagers need to grow up if they’re gonna have jobs and customer service.
