I've been out of my meds 3 days now. Because they refuse to do their job and get the script from my previous pharmacy, I'm sitting in the urgent care lobby. It's clear to me they only want me to spend more money by forcing me to resort to being seen at urgent care. I'm livid. I obviously messed up in choosing them as my new insurance company.

Two hours waiting. Got home and two prescriptions missing. Whole trip...... Almost four hours!? You should open more pharmacies to serve rural customers!

I understand being on strike. Pay your employees equally. If a patient fills meds have them ready when they pick a number not expect them to wait or tell them to wait on phone. Treat you employees better Kaiser. Your customers are getting fed up waiting for 2 hours for medication that is needed. If meds are filled online they should be in shelf ready to be picked up. How hard is it to make equal pay? Your patients aren't priority & neither are staff members clearly.

The pharmacists/technicians here are awesome. About a year ago, I had a panic attack here when there was an error with my dr submitting the wrong prescription. The tech and the pharmacist helped me solve the problem, but more than that, they also talked me through it and helped me calm down. They told me not to feel embarrassed when I apologized for getting upset. I saw the same pharmacist today, all this time later, and I wish I had said thank you.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD. Terrible parking situation, employees are parking in the wrong spot NOT MEANT FOR THEM WHICH IS INCONVENIENCING PATIENTS! I had to wait 20 minutes just to even get a spot! It doesn't end there though, the ladies at reception act irritated to help you and one of them even gave a patient attitude. I was so disgusted by how a receptionist was berating a patient over policy and being condescending by shoving a form in their face THEN ONTOP OF IT had the audacity to tell the mom they can't speak for the patient because "they're over 18" which really upset them and caused an argument because the patient was IN PAIN. SHOW SOME COMPASSION, EVEN IF IT'S POLICY. NEVER INTERRUPT A PATIENT. I personally was SO disgusted by this behavior I just stepped out of line and refused to be seen at THIS urgent care. If you value yourself or your loved ones do not go to this urgent care, take them elsewhere. THEY ALSO DON'T TELL YOU THE WAIT TIME UNTIL NEAR THE END OF YOUR CHECK IN OR IF YOU CHECK THE WHITE BOARD. PSA: THE PHARMACY DOESN'T OPEN AT 7 LIKE THE GOOGLE SAYS, IT OPENS AT 8. FIX YOUR WEBSITE. URGENT CARE ALSO DOES NOT OPEN AT 9 ANYMORE. IT'S AT 10AM. JUST A HEADS UP.

I have been with Kaiser for more years than I can count. I believe over 20. Mt Talbert Pharmacy is one of my favorites as they are always courteous and helpful and patient with questions I have. If one can plan to pick up the prescriptions during the peak hours I have been in and out in less than 10 minutes and it is right by the front door so I don't have to walk any further than needed. Once I even went to them to pick up an order I had placed at Mt Scott and they said they could have it transferred to them if I was able to wait an additional 15 minutes or so. Now that is customer service.
