I was told my taxes were submitted, only to find out the following day that they were not. I was then told they would not be reviewed until that night. I didnt even know this was the case until i was called to do a survey on my experience with them and was told "i see that your taxes were not submitted". Why was i not informed about this? I even asked when my information would be available, when my emerald card would be active, and when i would know about my tax advance. I was told i could leave there and check an atm as it was already done. This is very frustrating and upsetting that i paid all this money to have my taxes done, yet they didnt seem to be a priority or even matter to the company. I likely will never use H&R ever again after this experience. It seems like ive been lied to at every turn during this seasons tax return process. Negative stars! If only that was possible.. I'm VERY dissatisfied with my experience.

Olga misspelled my name (I luckily caught it in time) she then put in the incorrect name of a company I work for….. I caught that too. Who knows what else she messed up. I’m going to have someone look it over to make sure it’s okay. Waste of $. And now I’m super stressed out. She didn’t even remember to have me pay her she totally forgot until I mentioned it….. she’s very scattered brained and disorganized. It was extremely unprofessional.Upon checking my copy of my taxes I also see that she put the wrong zip code for my address in there…… ?♀️ I’m demanding a full refund. This is absurd. I’m going to have to file an amendment to have them redone.

Just wanted to share with everyone my horrible experience with this H&R Block office and how unprofessional they are. First, people in their office do not know what they are doing giving me the go around for about 2 weeks just so I can get a video appointment with Olga Teleguz for my elderly parents. Come the day, I took time off of work to help my parents set up the appointment and it's a no show from her. No one bothered to shoot me even a text let alone a phone call to let me know what is going on, not that I now care. From now on we are taking our business elsewhere and want nothing to do with these people and H&R Block. However, I will be calling customer support for H&R Block to report their unprofessional behavior - so disrespectful to the customer!!!

My experience at H&R Block was excellent! My tax professional, Olga, was very helpful and super sweet. She went above and beyond to help me find the best possible outcome for my tax situation. I will be coming back in the future for sure!

I've gone to Olga since 2020 and she has been super helpful each year. Extremely helpful, patient, and efficient with our appointments. She answered all my questions and asks me the right questions in order to collect everything we need to file taxes. Thank you for all your help!
