“We stayed at the Monarch Hotel in Portland, OR for two nights during our road trip from CA to Seattle. Both times, our rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly courteous, ensuring we had restful nights before hitting the road again. The hotel's location is excellent, close to shops and offering easy access to downtown with just a short drive.”

“Excellent customer service. Rooms are a bit aged but clean. It looked like they were doing some renovating so I assume this will only improve. The location was great for our needs. The pool was frigid but the hot tub was nice. It would be nice to have more snacks, like water, for sale.”

“Room was nice and so was staff. Definitely a spot for a corporate traveler or family. The traffic from the freeway was louder than I would have preferred, but not a dealbreaker. The mall across the parking lot was convenient. Easy access to freeway.”
