I drove to the store and it’s closed. Google maps is wrong for open hours, it says it should be open at 9. I came at 10, the doors say open at 10 but no one is here. Waited 20 min to see if they’d open up a little late but while there is music playing, no one answered the phone when I tried to call or opened the doors. Please update the hours on google maps and open when you say you’re going to open or adjust your hours, if needed.

Nice clean neighborhood-sized market. Somewhat limited selection, but I’m usually able to find what I need. I’m just glad there is something closer to me.

This was my first time here. Really nice market, great selection, and hot food available to eat inside or out on their patio. I will be back.

Excellent selection and very good prices on some of the Asian staples I like to keep in stock.
Actually was surprised at their low produce prices also, very competitive and fresh.

I had such high hopes with a new Asian store coming to clackamas. Unfortunately, this one leaves much to be desired. There is a VERY limited selection. Every time I have gone there, I have had to go to FuBon or Hong Phat to get the rest of the items on my list.
Customer service is okay. They weren’t really aware of where things were located. When asked if they had certain seasoning , I was left to follow a pointed finger in the general direction of where they thought the item would be if they had it. I hope that their selection grows. It would be really nice to be able to get all the ingredients I need to make bun rieu or salad rolls.

Gotta love the Asian market, especially if you're from Hawaii.

So neat! So beautifully organized! So pretty! Such a disappointment! Like a fancy movie movie set where you realize it’s all poster board and Paper Mâché.
It’s a boutique Asian Market if you can believe such a thing? Everything neat and clean, but the most limited stock of any Asian market I think I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot.
Not only do I make it my business to go to the markets in every town I wander through, I lived in Asia for 6 years.
No peanut oil, no sesame oil. Not a huge noodle selection! No bulk items. Almost no kitchen wares.
I mean I am only a lowly stranger in a strange land. Perhaps this place has a place deep in the heart of the Asian community and is a vital hub where Asians find all the essentials they need for their day to day lives.
But to me it was all flash and no groceries. There are so many great Asian Markets in the Portland area, The Jade District seems to have one on every corner (almost). You can get lost in them. They can be messy and complicated and dark sometimes, but you find everything you ever dreamt of and more. And they feel like Asia and they smell like Asia and they have, EVERYTHING.
And I’m afraid Hiép Húng Asian Marketplace just has good looks.

Clean and well organized. Friendly staff. I bought some of the freshest most delicious bok choi and mushrooms there. As for staples - they didn’t have several of the things I was looking for - like peanut oil.

They have things I need for Asian recipes that you can't find at the regular grocery store

Had my fiance buy rice paper, and he went to some other store, and it was 2.99 for 14 very thin sheets of the brand Blue Dragon. What a rip-off. I love the prices at this store, and you get a bunch of rice paper for 2.99. And the size of the produce just makes sense with the pricing. Honestly, it's cheaper to buy your asian products and produce here.

Bought some “hot” food that wasn’t so hot. Bbq bun was dry and hard, green bean tofu was rick hard and disgusting. Noodles were hard on the edges and the chicken was soaked and hard meaning g that they were at least a day old minimum. Never coming here again
